My Ohio model was nearly dead on. Projected Brown +2.9, final ~+2.3.

Shut up and go away.
America, do you think that our elections are honest? Do you have complete confidence that only legal votes were counted?

It’s because Republicans are idiots.
Republicans hoped to gain 14 seats across OH, NC, FL, TX, AL and TN by making them more Republican, most into Trump+10 or redder districts. Instead, they didn't gain in any of these states and LOST TEN seats across them as some gerrymanders were neutralized and others collapsed.

Grifters like John Doyle deserve to be cast into the political wilderness, never to be taken seriously or heard from again.
"This is not the same country it was even six years ago. Everybody is looking at Texas starting to go Blue. This is something people have been warning about for decades. The demographic situation in Texas has changed." - @JohnDoyle

Can we talk about how the Sun Belt is shifting politically? North Carolina just gave Cooper a 19.6-point victory, while Ossoff won Georgia by 18 points. Now Texas is showing signs of moving in the same direction. These are states Republicans once counted on winning. The implications for 2028 are enormous. Democrats have opened up more paths to compete across the Sun Belt, and if these trends continue, Ted Cruz could face a very different political environment in 2030. He could very well lose against a Democrat this time. Wouldn’t be surprised if he retired. The electoral map is changing, and Republicans would be making a mistake to ignore it.

Who were election night's biggest losers? The majority came from redistricted states who broke their gerrymanders. NC, FL, TN, TX, and AL each elected more Dems than last cycle. Redistricting seems to have only hurt incumbents which does not bode well for the maps longevity

56 senate Democrat seats is unfathomable. Republicans lost their majority in Congress within 2 years.
As Alaska and Mississippi lean towards Democrats, Democrats are poised to take 56 seats in the Senate.

Hegseth meet bus.
BREAKING: Donald Trump and his top White House aides are reportedly preparing to directly blame Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth for the Republican midterm defeat, along with military commanders who pushed for war with Iran, per CNN and CBS News. “Trump, always one to crowdsource an opinion, has asked allies about their thoughts on Hegseth’s performance of late,” sources told CNN. CBS News also reports that Trump believes the election results would have been entirely different without the Iran war. Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Dan Caine and CENTCOM commander Gen. Brad Cooper are also reportedly facing scrutiny as Trump looks for someone to blame for the Republican midterm defeat.

I owe you an apology. I have been way too conservative in my election predictions. Some fresh data came in yesterday and now it looks like we will see: - Republicans win 55 seats in the Senate - Republics keeping the House with a 10 seat majority. - Winning nearly all governorships. I was almost 100% accurate in 2024 but I wasn’t 100% because I was too conservative. That changes today. Bookmark it. We will see history being made on Tuesday. Republicans will vote in record numbers and we will destroy the democrats party once and for all. Will you forgive me?

Some interesting quick stats: In 2022, Thomas Massie won KY4 with 65% (167,541) of the 257,629 votes cast. +34R. In 2026, Ed Gallrein won KY4 with 54% (137,623) of the 253,820 vote cast. +14R Both were mid-term races with 3 candidates in the race. That's a 20-point drop in cycle-equivalent elections in the same district.
