It worries me - We never see any public corrections or notice players stood down - I understand sensitivity given the legal situation but that's history for good or ill - this is now - I'm convinced the fact that the HIA protocol isn't followed as it's drafted plays a big part

The rule means that barristers do not pick and choose between clients. They accept any case within their competence provided they are available. “It is a dangerous misrepresentation to describe barristers or solicitors as aligned with the cause of their clients.
