The destruction of @Kira_Municipal new roads was not an engineering necessity but sheer inconsideration and a planning disaster , made worse by unprofessional execution. Based on the evidence of the model, it was motivated by incentives of greed and Kabampane (because surely, there was a better socially optimal way of doing this )
The tax payer paid for the road once and is paying for it again! SHAME

You see, you cannot put a road back to its former state when you are eliminating drainage channels completely!
Also, what do you mean reinstatement cannot be done immediately ? What is the Timeline ?
Finally, please the road is already narrow , your contractor #SOGEA MUST implement a traffic control and management plan!
They cannot be doing this during rush hours and not managing traffic Flow!

Dear customer, we regret the inconvenience.
Permanent reinstatement of Asphalt cannot be done immediately after pipe laying and backfilling. The place has to be compacted and left to consolidate for some time to prevent future settlement and failures.
Permanent Reinstatements will begin soon and will be guided by the road management authority, in this case Kira Municipal Council.
