Management skill will be the top skill in 2027.
Roles are shifting. At work and at home. You are now a manager... of agents.
If you're good at managing people then you'll be good at agents. If not, start learning.
Agents are easier to manage than people - no drama, no convincing, no attitudes. They do need clear outcomes.
Let me get this straight....
When I need Godaddy support, they send me to a Bot.
When I send my Bot to Godaddy, they block my Bot.
Cool. Got it. Moved all my domains to Porkbun & Vercel. Done with Godaddy.
The world is splitting in half - those who embrace AI and those who fight it. Guess who wins.
You know why Godaddy and Amazon and others are fighting the bots.... they can't sell us ads or upsell us garbage services.
Namecheap.com is not cheap.
I've switched all my domain registrations to PorkBun and Vercel over the last few months and saved $2000+. Generally I'm saving 30-50% on each domain.
Vercel registers domains at cost.

Simon holds our hands through one of the most complete explanations of how the world really works today.
Brilliant conversation. I think I may disagree with @SimonDixonTwitt on some details and specifics, but his MIC,TIC,FIC model is by far the best I’ve come across at explaining global power structures.
Great interview @JonesDanny
Simon Dixon (@SimonDixonTwitt) says the real struggle is over who owns your money, your data & the technology you use.
He explains why he sees personal ownership as a way to resist a world of increasingly centralized power:

Want to have your mind blown?
In 1971, the median household income was $9,030, or 220 ounces of gold.
In 2025, it was $87,460, or just 25 ounces of gold.
Your paycheck went up 10x.
Measured in gold, it fell 88%.
To earn what the median household earned in 1971, you’d need about $890,000 per year today.
That’s what fiat debasement looks like.
Nailed it. Did this exact process with Sentry - my security bot. Many PRs pushed today across many projects.
Bots fighting bots. Age of AI wars has begun.
How to save your ass with @x & @bot while the web burns in security vulnerabilities:
Ask your @bot to monitor @X for all the latest security issues and updates released in the last two days. Then to scan every repo you have and open PRs to fix the issues.
After that’s done, check the PRs, @cursor_ai bugbot and security scanner can help you verify them and get them approved.
Then tell @bot to monitor @X for every new update on security around the tech stack your repos use. Let it setup a routine to do that.
Ass saved.

Tired of digging through long bot replies to find the one decision buried in the middle?
I was. So I had my bots pull the decision out and hand it to me as a card:
"Send the follow-up to both leads today?"
[ Yes, send now ] [ Hold till Monday ] [ Skip ]
I tap a button and move on. No typing.
Prompt to make your bots do it 👇
How to present decisions to me:
Keep updates short, using bullets and short paragraphs.
When you need a decision from me, don't write the options out as text. Show it as a clickable choice card (a widget or button prompt), with one question per card and 2 to 4 short options I can tap. Put your recommended option first. Each label should make sense on its own.
If there are several decisions, send one card per question.
If you can't show cards where we're talking (like email or Slack), fall back to a numbered question with lettered options A, B, C.
If no decision is needed, don't add a card or say "no decision needed."
Save this as a standing rule for all future messages.

It takes a psychopathic and sociopathic level of dedication to make it out of this system, you cant just want it enough to try when its convenient, if you want to be immense, top 0.0001% you have to push yourself to places that are not human
The sheer intensity of self command, the willingness to become indifferent to distraction, social approval, temporary discomfort and the endless invitations to dilute your own potential, delay gratification, cut costs, focus explicitly on a tiny number of variables for a fixed period of time, to not even entertain the possibility it can be any other way, you have to want it more than anyone else with an obsession that borders on madness, you're adapting whilst they're resting, dude is chilling with his girlfriend cuddling, you are in the trenches scheming more upward mobility, whilst they're complaining your hunting for edges and scanning relentlessly for your next advantage
You have to become extraordinarily selective about what receives access to your mind, your time, your energy and your future. Most people are not defeated by one catastrophic event, they are slowly yet surely disassembled by a thousand small concessions, weak friendships, poor financial decisions, fragmented attention, cheap pleasures, emotional volatility and years spent negotiating with standards they already know they must uphold daily relentlessly
Treat life as an integrated system, protect biology, sharpen judgement, accumulating capital, building competence and refuse to allow temporary emotional states to govern permanent decisions
Even when you're winning you have to be violently honest about where you are slacking and where you are losing momentum, even 30 minutes a day over a year is 182.5 hours, or about 4.5 full time work weeks, you must push harder and you must enjoy the process of knowing you are willing to go further than the next man,I can take more pain than you I can forget my emotions quicker and more repeatedly than you can, my decisions are more objective than yours are, I will outlast you in spirit and action
There is something almost frightening about the individual who can sustain intelligent effort for years without requiring the world to continually reassure him that victory is coming
He is not merely working harder, he is becoming increasingly difficult to interrupt, corrupt, discourage or disorganise repeatedly to turn his spirit, mind and soul into one organised system of task decimation for a broader task of fuliflling the committment he made to himself many nights ago

Thought I'd debunk some of the most common myths about how "conservative" the Texas government is:
MYTH: "Texas is a low tax state."
FACT: Texas has the HIGHEST EFFECTIVE PROPERTY TAX RATE in America, according to at least one analysis.
MYTH: "Texas is a low regulation state."
FACT: Texas is the #5 MOST REGULATED state in America according to State RegData rankings, and has more occupational licensing requirements than every other state in America, including California and New York.
MYTH: "Texas is a low debt state."
FACT: Texas has a HIGHER debt-to-GDP ratio than California, and has 2x the debt/capita than Florida.
MYTH: "Texas is a low spending state."
FACT: Texas has exploded government spending a staggering 42% in just the past 4 years.
Marketing is not a faucet — it's a flywheel
Marketing is not a faucet.
When you get busy you kill ads, you stop posting, then things get slow and you turn it back on and wonder why you're not getting calls.
That's because you're treating marketing like a faucet. Something you turn on and off.
It's not. Marketing is a flywheel.
