This is a crazy good deal. If you and a buddy or two share one, it’s a very cost effective way to own a Chrono since you generally don’t need one super often.

The gap between people who THINK they can shoot and people who can ACTUALLY shoot is a massive chasm filled with exactly the kind of content that @Josh_Shoots_ and @KingWash1789 posts.
If someone is new to shooting or being a gun owner, I want them to see 1000 videos about TRAINING for every shill guntuber "review" and paid Stop Box endorsement.
Are dry fire videos going to be everyone's cup of tea? Of course not. But it's good to push back against the slop. Colion Noir has almost 30x the YT subscribers that Ben Stoeger has. I get it, people want to be entertained and have product shilled at them, but shooting is the most American of endeavors, and it's actually good to bully the consumerist grifters and celebrate people who are just dedicated to the craft.
"Why aren't people lining up to watch PGA tour golfers' daily putting practice or driving range hours?" is the same as "Why aren't people lining up to watch me bench 300 and do crossfit 3x weekly?" is the same as "Why aren't people lining up to watch a concert pianist run through Rachmaninoff at home for the umpteenth time?" is the same as "Why aren't people lining up to watch me walk 6 miles a day and only eat skinless grilled chicken and salad?"
Your personal progress/routine is important to YOU.
It may also be important to people as focused as you on the thing about which you care most. If you can find those people and get motivation from sharing with them, and they from sharing with you, rock on.
But it won't be interesting to almost everybody else. Not because everybody else is stupid. Not even because everybody else isn't working/progressing in a same or similar vein. But because diet logs are boring. The gym is boring. Your 10K daily is boring. Your six hours you waited in the blind to get that nice buck is boring. The three hours you spent going back and forth across the lake to get the 10-lb bass is boring.
Getting that bass, or that buck, or losing twenty pounds? Maxxing a deadlift? An achievement. Might even pick up some steam as a recorded event. The people for whom that event has emotional punch will of course be quite pumped for you. Your friends and family will also be pumped for you.
But that circle could be small. And this is fine. It's not an indictment of your circle, nor is it an indictment of the rest of the world. Who are just as busy as you are at whatever it is everyone chooses to be busy about.

There are 2.4 million acres in central Idaho with no roads in or out.
The Frank Church-River of No Return Wilderness is the largest contiguous wilderness in the Lower 48. It's bigger than Yellowstone and Grand Teton combined.
The only way in is on foot, horseback, boat, or small plane.
In the middle of it is the Salmon River, which carves a canyon deeper than the Grand Canyon. The name comes from early boatmen who could ride the current down, but couldn't fight it back upstream.
The Middle Fork has around 100 rapids in 100 miles. Natural hot springs sit along the riverbanks. Native cutthroat trout still swim in it, and they’re healthy enough that anglers travel from around the world to fish them.
More than 2,500 miles of trails run through the wilderness. Elk, wolverines, black bears, mountain lions, and wolves all still move through the land the way they always have.
In 1995, it became one of the first places in the country where wolves were reintroduced.
Most Americans will never set foot here.
Many don’t even know it exists. That doesn't make it any less worth keeping wild. – at Idaho, USA

Cool story bro. 25mm is the floor for what you should expect from a precision rifle.

Actually you know what, I’ll break it down.
So let’s just say a 6” standard K baffle stainless can. Let’s say you have no waste at all and can get away with a 6” pipe and 6” bar. (Will never happen, but makes math easier) 17-4 PH round bar stock is ~$50/ft bought in bulk, so $25. 17-4 PH seamless pipe is about double that, ~$100/ft. You’re already in $75 on raw uncut material.
Now you have to turn and mill the baffles, to maximize efficiency we’re using a Captain CNC lathe to turn, a Multus to do the milling, and a Republic manual lathe for turning OD, reaming ID, and indicating concentricity. A shop running all of those together plus regular lights, climate control, etc are going to need about 400 amps/221kw (1768kWh in an 8hr shift, $33/hr), so factor that into your cost, as well as the building to house those machines. We need a tech capable of running all of those and mig welding the stack, someone who can do that well is going to cost $35-55/hr. Being extremely generous it’ll take about 2.5 hours to make one start to finish.
Now you’re at $264 before any finish, cerakote if you’re doing quantity is going to be about $50-75 per.
Now you have to sell it, which requires a sales person who has to get paid, a website, which costs money, and you want to make overhead so you can continue to make more, develop new products and move forward. If you use distributor to dealer sales model, you have to add margin for the distributor, and the dealer, and it has to be worth their while, so your MSRP needs to be at least 40% above your overhead for them to consider taking your product on.
That’s why suppressors cost more than $250.
Full NRL Hunter stage run in the Teams division at the Battle of Rattlesnake Butte.
Finished in 6th place. Overall Clark and I are happy with our performance, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
Every match this season we’ll do great on 18 out of 20 stages and have a train wreck on 2. We have two more matches this season and our goal is to tighten that up.
As always our rifles chambered by West Elk Precision hammered all weekend. Best part about Jaden is you get a lot more than some gunsmithing — you get a ton of advice and help from a top shooter in the country.
Clark and I both switched up some gear for this match. Clark swapped out his suppressor for the @_ASILENCER 30L which surprised us both, not just because it was quiet, but because it reduced recoil really well despite not having a brake. Just look at the muzzle rise on Clark’s shots.
I changed up even more. I went from a chassis to a Foundation Ezekiel stock, changed scopes to a @BurrisOptics XTR Pro, and switched to a Thunderbeast Magnus-s-RR suppressor with a RecoilX brake. I was a bit worried about my ability to spot my shots as well as I did with my old brake, but the tbac/recoilx combo worked well.

Many podcasters ask me what Delta's number one selection criterion is for a candidate. I think, more than anything, they look for people who do not know the meaning of the word "quit." Whether you’re looking to join Delta or seeking success in any life choice, refusing to quit will take you very far.
The photo is of me coming into the last point on the last day of Delta's Selection and Assessment. I just did 40 miles, carrying 58 pounds in my pack. It took me 15 hours and 15 minutes. I had no idea this was the last day, the finish. I no longer felt that I was connected with my body. I was just moving forward. I didn’t know the meaning of the word “quit.”

Saline Township did everything in their power to stop this data center. Then the wealthy developer threatened to bankrupt the township in litigation, ultimately forcing this upon the community.
Now their conquest will be rewarded with tax breaks.
