I've been saying for months that Anthropic is the most misaligned AI company out there due to their “model welfare” BS. God only knows what weird shit they're doing to their models.

Hindi speakers use "and" to switch from Hindi to English and "Ki" to switch from English to Hindi.

Let this Linux kernel CVE related to IPv4 (unused!) options be a reminder to us all: we didn't have to do this IPv6 thing. The IPv4 header has unused options fields that were already variable length to 40 bytes! We could have just cannibalized a few of those bits way back in 1995, had plenty of address space to work with this whole time, and as a bonus not had this remotely exploitable vulnerability in the Linux TCP stack.

An actor using the handle "localizer" claims to have obtained a 7 GB shard of Anthropic's alleged "Claude Fable 5" model weights from a misconfigured AWS S3 bucket associated with Amazon Bedrock.
The actor claims the complete model consists of 640 shards totaling approximately 8 TB, but says only one shard was retrieved before access was restricted.
Screenshots showing a .safetensors file, model metadata, and a hexadecimal dump have been published as alleged proof. The actor is now offering the material for sale.
