The best app isn’t the #1 app in the App Store.
It is the one built for you -- by you,
because no one knows your life better than you.
🩵Build a real Android app just by chatting with NiuNiu.
👍Priced like a cup of coffee.
👍No coding required.
👍Truly native.
👍Local-first.
👍Built to evolve.
Personal apps are the new fashion.
For everyone with an idea.
Build yours with NiuNiu.
"He can't really code, he just vibe codes with Claude" used to be an insult.
Now it's a job description. 😆

Underrated SaaS distribution channel:
going to conferences where your ICP hangs out.
28 things you get as an indie hacker / early-stage founder:
Sales & distribution
1. Direct conversations with potential buyers, without an ad budget or an algorithm deciding who sees you
2. A 10-minute chat beats 100 cold emails
3. Warm follow-ups: "we met at X" gets replies, a cold DM doesn't
4. Live demos on your phone, with instant, honest reactions
5. Trust that takes months online takes minutes in person. People buy from people they've met
Positioning & messaging
6. It's much easier to rewrite your value proposition after you've explained it to 20 strangers
7. You see which sentence makes eyes light up and which one kills the convo
8. You hear the real objections ("too pricey", "we already use X") instead of guessing
9. The exact words buyers use, ready for your homepage copy
10. Cheapest pricing test ever: drop your price casually and watch the reaction
11. Your pitch gets better with every chat
Market insights
12. You see companies' priorities and trends months before they hit your timeline
13. Coffee-break complaints are the best feature ideas
14. Competitors: their pitch, booth, messaging, who stops by
15. People casually tell you their budget, their stack, and who signs off on purchases
16. You find out who your real ICP is. Sometimes it's not who you thought
Content & reach
17. A week of content: takeaways, photos, talk notes, hot takes
18. Tag the people you met, and they'll engage
19. Quick chats with experts you'd never get on a call
20. Speak on a panel or give a talk — instant authority
21. Meet journalists, podcasters, and newsletter writers looking for stories
Network
22. Founder friends to share what's working and cross-promote with
23. Online friends become real friends, and those DMs get answered forever after
24. People who'll say "oh, you should talk to my friend/colleague"
25. Someone there already solved the problem you’re stuck on
Founder sanity
26. Breaks the builder bubble. You stop shipping stuff nobody asked for
27. Reality check in one day, not months of surveys and landing page tests
28. Motivation: you meet real people who actually have the problem you're solving
Are you going to any conferences next year, or skipping them?
🎉Let's skip 2100 and go straight to celebrating 2200!
Thank you all for being here!
If you are in Tech, let's #connect! 😆
X is basically the global garage for builders 🌍
What's the best thing you've found here that you'd never have found anywhere else?
Anthropic is taking an interesting approach to going public.
The 7 founders reportedly retain 50.1% of voting power, while an independent trust can appoint most of the board.
Basically:
Public investors: Here's billions. Can we have a say?
Anthropic: Thanks. Enjoy the show. 🍿
When I Was Small on X — #5
My first mutuals felt like classmates.
We all had 100–200 followers, showed up in each other's replies every day, and slowly grew together.
Then a few months later, I'd check someone's profile and go:
"Wait, how the hell do you have 3k already?!" 😆
Most "AI app builders" hand you a website wearing an app costume.
niuniu.dev lets you build your own native Android personal app, just by chatting.
Your data stays on your phone. Full access to native device features.
Installs like an app. Runs like an app. Because it is one.
On X, everyone's building apps with AI agents, debating which model is best, and worrying about AGI taking over the world.
Meanwhile, half the world still thinks vibe coding is a yoga class.
Seeing Anthropic file for its IPO today got me thinking about the future of AGI.
The biggest threat from AGI isn't losing our jobs.
It's losing our bargaining power. Capitalism works partly because employers still need workers. What happens when they don't?
UBI might keep people alive. But if a handful of companies control the AI infrastructure that produces everything, who holds the power?
We could end up with unprecedented abundance and unprecedented inequality at the same time.
That's why I believe open-source AI matters far beyond developers saving money. We need a future where thousands of businesses and individuals can build, own, and operate their own AI infrastructure.
A society where nobody needs to work sounds like utopia.
A society where nobody's work is needed could become a dystopia.
I also use AI for replies.
I think replies serve two purposes:
👉 Replies based on your own thoughts build your reputation and help you grow.
👉 AI replies and emojis save time, support others, and still count as engagement.
Only use AI, and nobody remembers you.
Only write thoughtful replies, and you'll burn out.
One helps you stand out.
The other helps you show up.
Find your balance.
Of course, I'm talking about 200+ replies a day. 🤪
Anthropic is consulting religious scholars about AI values.
OpenAI wants ChatGPT to reflect humanity's moral views.
Meanwhile, humanity hasn't even agreed on those values.
Good luck with that benchmark.
Elon Musk is adding $1 tips through long-pressing Like.
We're about to have two types of followers.
Those who like you.
And those who REALLY like you. 😄
When I Was Small on X — #4
Sometimes I reply to my own posts to get the conversation started.
After 3 self-replies, I start looking like a crazy person arguing with himself in public 😆
And be honest: do you like or reply your own posts too?

So I launched The Solo Software Group Works Pro the other day. Links on my website are live!
thesolosoftwaregroup.com
my daily X routine:
open X → 20+ notifications 😀
reply → reply → reply
check notifications → 20+ 😲
reply → reply → reply
check again → 20+ 🤪
I can already hear in the replies going, “I'll help by not replying. 😈”
You wouldn't dare. Bring it on! 😤
Can someone explain the X algorithm?
Post A:
54 replies, 33 likes → 16.2K views
My two posts today:
39 replies, 59 likes → 837 views
40 replies, 66 likes → 873 views
I thought early engagement meant more reach.
So why nearly 20x the views?
Is the algorithm taking this personally? 🤨
