The EU

Little wonder that the country is in such a parlous state.

So weird that people see Brexit as a left v right issue when leaving the EU has long been seen by many elements of the left as a good idea.

Extreme and very worrying behaviour on our streets by a clearly co-ordinated group of mainly white men. Most of whom appear to be armed. Iām shocked & appalled. Thankfully, it appears to have been āmainly peacefulā. I would urge people not to speculate. š š

Voters have been asked, and, in Northern towns in particular, have not shied away from letting their feelings be known, in every election since this debate was first ignited.
Rather than yet more questions, we urgently need a government willing to actually listen, not to what they wish to hear, but to the message the voters are actually communicating.

Labour betraying Brexit was like a looming inevitability. which is why I've opposed them so rigorously - even when it seemed they had begrudgingly accepted it.
We must politically destroy them.

The inept, short-termist political class is entirely to blame for any power cuts.
We have been so badly led itās unbelievable. š
Power cuts for hours is the most likely scenario as @ofgem has issued a warning for the first time EVER they Cannot Guarantee that demand will be met on a peak day in winter. Iāve just been travelling around the US and honestly one big difference is their authorities want to see growth and development and that means building supermarkets and homes.

How does the Prime Minister look at a country already fractured by political division, mistrust and hostility, and conclude that reopening the Brexit and free movement debate is a good idea?
After a decade of division, why reopen the very fault lines we should be trying to heal?
