I traveled to 50+ countries with everything I cared about in one bag.
My MacBook was the most expensive thing I owned.
Somewhere along the way, I met my wife.
Now I’m a software developer in Germany, building mobile apps on the side.
The goal? Escape the 9–5. Own my time. Live anywhere.
Building my way out. Follow along.
I signed up on reception.sh for my iOS Apps and I’ve become a huge fan from the first minute! From the onboarding to the dashboard and the documentation. @andilosing and @frederickjames took one specific problem/use case (the communication with the users directly) and perfectionist the solution in a really brillant way. If you wish, you can also automate everything very easily.
I hope that this will help prevent a few subscription cancellations.
Congratulations on this amazing product guys! 🤠
Uh @RevenueCat mobile app has a new feature to display stats really nice. It’s easier to share some revenue infos without hiding some informations. From now on I’ll use this to share some stats from my mobile apps 🙂

Reached the $600 club in the last 28 days! 🎉
However my MRR is still at $275.
My goal by end of this year is $400 MRR. 🎯
Tough but reachable hopefully..

The service with @AirEuropa was too bad compared to SQ. On a long flight from Buenos Aires to Madrid I went to the kitchen because I did chose the pasta... means 11 fusilli.. I was still hungry. Anyways. After I took one Cookie Package from the snack box, the Air Europa Employee told me in a shocking manner that I should ask first to take one snack.
After that, I was the person who was shocked.
I think I’ve flown with Singapore Airlines too often and I am used to have a different service after all these years with an asian airline.
Currently in the airport of Argentina at the Lounge. The stuff (!) who took my plate have seen me using Claude Code and doing some work on my laptop. He himself started to chat with me and said that he also use Claude Code and that Opus 5.5 is really good.
Software how we know it is indeed dead. Everybody can use the AI in these days.
We developers are not something special!
Tomorrow I will fly back to Germany. Argentina was an amazing experience! The people are so warm and welcoming. However just few are speaking english unfortunately.
Why is it like that? Even the young generation. Something what I also experienced ever in Mexico, Guatemala and Panama. :-/
I’m currently in South America, my parents are in Asia, and my brother is in Europe. Just communicating with them is giving me an experience with time zones unlike anything I’ve ever had before. 😁 And I’m not just talking about two different time zones where you can quickly do the math and calculate the time on the other side.. it’s three time zones involving my loved ones and our daily chat. It’s a pretty wild feeling. 😁
Okay, I think Claude is starting to get silly. I should stop coding for today... enough.
I’ve reached the point where I’m starting to threaten Claude Code:
> It’ll work after this. Otherwise, I’m cancelling my Claude subscription.
I am getting new followers but I do not receive the notification sometimes. Does anyone else have the same issue here on X? It is so random sometimes.
On the way to airport. First time I will touch South America today! 🥹
I'm looking forward to seeing you, Argentina 🇦🇷 & Uruguay 🇺🇾.
