A lot of founders underestimate the importance of just showing up every day. Holders are actually very understanding about the floor price being way down in a bear market (even CryptoPunks are down 83.1% from their ATH). What holders don't like is the floor being down AND the founder stopped showing up. It's a slap in the face to all of your collectors who are huge fans of what you are building if you can't take the time to spend 30 minutes a day hanging out with them. If you are more of the "corporate type" who thinks "building in public" is a waste of time, so be it, but don't get mad at your holders for complaining about the floor price. The reason they are actually upset is because you only spent 15 minutes over the past month on twitter/discord talking with them. If it helps, think of it as a 30 minute daily "meeting" that you put on your calendar that is just as important as all of your other meetings. Ironically when I talk with founders the top reason they give for no longer showing up is that they are tired of hearing holders complain about the floor price being down. So my advice to collectors would be to stop complaining about the floor price and instead focus on why the founder stopped showing up. Wanting increased communication is at least a directly actionable piece of feedback for them. For any founders reading this, try running an experiment of showing up for 30 minutes a day for a week straight and see what happens. I think you will be surprised at how understanding you community actually is. I also think that you will find that the community members who have stuck around to this point in the bear are actually interested in the tech and are a lot more fun to have conversations with!
