I do believe that a massive floor and problem with our society is that Govt just will not tell us the full truth.
They’re terrified of scaring us or upsetting us but the facts are the facts.
We are not children.
The government need to explicitly say Russia is trying to attack this country and it may cross over into real world warfare.
They need to explicitly tell us the magnitude of the threat of climate change.
We cannot make informed decisions if we are not informed.
It is scary but this is our lives and safety. The world is dangeorus. The public deserve to know. Period.

Argentina: A violent hailstorm hit Paraje Km 29, near Fortín Olmos in northern Santa Fe, in the early hours of today.
It lasted just 15 minutes but killed sheep, goats, chickens and ducks, with more sheep injured. Crops were flattened and a family’s roof was damaged.

💔❤️Three Little Fighters, Two Days Old ❤️
Our three little babies are now two days old and still fighting so hard for their lives. Thankfully, they’re doing well so far! Alex and Georgia are taking amazing care of them, feeding them every two hours and giving them all the love and attention they need. ❤️
These little fighters are unbelievable, and we’re doing everything we possibly can for them. Thank you all so much for your love and support. It means the world to us. ❤️❤️
We’ve already had enquiries about homing them, but they’re far too young, and we simply don’t know yet if they’ll survive. We need to take things day by day, and once they’re a few weeks old and stronger, we can start thinking about their future homes. Please bear with us. ❤️

Als ihre Halterin gestorben ist lebte Molly noch zwei Wochen unversorgt mit dem toten Körper in der Wohnung. Dieses Erlebnis hat sie sichtlich mitgenommen. Während ihres Aufenthalts im Tierheim hat sie sich deutlich erholt. Nun sucht sie ein neues Zuhause

Greece: On the island of Crete, floods have ruined 60–70% of crops on the Lasithi Plateau.
The first storm hit from 30 September to 4 October, with 231 millimetres on 1 October, and a second on 13 to 15 October flooded the plateau again. Farmers are still waiting for promised compensation.

Iceland: RÚV reports that rescue teams plan to go into the Grindavík fissure in November to check conditions and try to recover the body of Lúðvík Pétursson, who fell into it in 2024.
Grindavik incident update 5:
The search for a man who fell into a crevasse in Grindavík on Wednesday has been resumed after a brief pause.
The search was halted around midnight due to safety concerns following a landslide. The decision to resume the search was made at a meeting of operational and field management.
Despite challenging conditions and a rockfall, searchers were unharmed. Efforts have been made to widen the narrow crack, allowing for only two people to search at a time. Both rescuers and contractors are involved in the ongoing search.
