Amazing, I’ve been waiting for this!
The integration between @todoist and Claude/ChatGPT is so smooth.
So easy to:
- Turn meeting action items into to-dos
- Create a project with tasks to prep for a trip
- Set reminders to reply to clients within 24 hours
Just added a lesson to my Todoist course to demonstrate.
Excited to try this out but unfortunately the demo Duo devices in the Apple Store don’t have Things installed (yet?)
Cool new macOS feature I just discovered:
Start renaming a file and macOS suggests a descriptive and clear filename.
Powered by Siri AI, surely.
(Don’t worry, that’s not a real address. 😉)

If you use the Things app by @culturedcode, capturing your to-dos just got much easier.
The latest Things version supports the new “Siri AI” that Apple is releasing today.
Just tell Siri your to-do and it will add it to Things for you.
Hands-free to-do management!
Will shortly be updating my Things course to explain exactly how to use this feature — it does require a little practice.
(But you can start installing the rest of your Things system right now, to get on top of your personal life and your work life.)

Great stuff. Just updated my Things course to teach you how to use the new repeating to-do functionality.

Tracking your repeating tasks just got much easier in Things by @culturedcode.
It’s surprisingly hard for to-do apps to get this right.
But Things has now absolutely nailed this. Most intuitive implementation I’ve ever seen.
Excited to update my Things course to demo this.

I love this!
I am one of those users who will absolutely care.
And I think many other people will care, too.
The more polished the app, the more it’s a pleasure to use, and the more people will use it…
… and enjoy all the wonderful benefits of having an organized life!
We’re teaming up with some of the world’s best icon designers to create beautiful new icons for Todoist.
Most users will never care that much about this, but they will feel it.
As software becomes easier to build, these intangible details will become a critical way to differentiate yourself. It’s like a great restaurant: the food matters most, but everything else also shapes the experience.
