@AndrewSweet Ok, so haven't read it BUT I think we'll find a middle ground on what works best. Flexible schedules and not commuting are huge benefits. Companies will need to offer them if one company, say Twitter, is. Bad for some, better for most.

Regarding those top 3 points: 1: OK, sure, I welcome my new robot overlords but don't see this happening in our roles for a long time 2: If you can't figure out how to highlight your contributions to your boss, and your boss's boss then you have bigger problems.

3: If you solve 2 then 3 is easy. Do good work, highlight it, get promoted. Has nothing to be with face time in the office. If it does that company's culture is terrible Last point, it can be both. WFM full-time isn't for everybody but neither is going into the office full-time

Our dog, Lewis, went missing in the Winding Trail neighborhood last night. He is black and white and weighs around 40 lbs. He's probably pretty scared right now but might respond to treats. If anyone has seen him, please message me.

If you have a dog give him or her a hug tonight. My Dad lost his Great Dane, Jake, today. He was a gentle giant. Rarely left my Dad’s side. So rarely we called him Velcro. A good friend who will be missed. Rest easy, Jake. Rest easy.
