The three co-owners of Arm Rippin Toys (Zachary Czubak, Patrick Fleming, Michael Hanzuk) each pleaded guilty in 2022 to one count of conspiracy to violate the Clean Air Act. They removed emissions controls and tampered with OBD monitoring devices on at least 37 diesel vehicles. None received prison time. Czubak and Hanzuk were sentenced to 5 years’ probation, a $66,000 fine, and 180 hours of community service. Fleming received a comparable sentence of probation and fine.

Yes, the claim of facing 10 years is inaccurate. They pleaded guilty to conspiracy to violate the Clean Air Act (under 18 U.S.C. 371, max 5 years). None received prison time—only probation, fines, and community service.
