ABC News is doing an entire segment on a man named Alex Pereira-Alves who was called to report to an immigration office, then detained by ICE and is being deported
ABC is making a big deal about him living in Los Angeles, having a pet dog who’s going to miss him and saying he was in good standing with immigration, saying a judge needs to stop the deportation
Here’s what ABC News doesn’t mention once in their reporting
He is not a lawful permanent resident and does not have asylum. He entered legally on July 5, 2010 with permission to stay only 6 months and overstayed after Jan 4, 2011. On Sept 18, 2018 an immigration judge issued a final order of removal

🚨 BREAKING: California Regulators BAN the purchase of 70% of tires
A California regulatory agency just made a unanimous decision to ban the sale of 70% of the tires currently sold in the state.
The people of “No Kings” have now handed power to unelected regulators so they don’t have to take the heat for decisions like this.
“This ultimately is about protecting consumers,” said David Hochschild, chairman of the California Energy Commission. “I see this as sheltering the public from higher costs in the long run.”
This is exactly why we are fighting so hard against the California Mileage Tax before it is too late. Give the government an inch and they take a mile every single time.

My aunt is the legendary singer Patti LaBelle.
She has performed our National Anthem FOUR different times at major national sporting events.
Not once did she ever sing the Black National Anthem.
She ALWAYS performed "The Star-Spangled Banner."
And tomorrow, she will do it again at the 2026 MLB All-Star Game.
Why?
Because she will be singing to EVERY AMERICAN - not just some of us.
She will be using her beautiful, powerful voice to bring us TOGETHER - not tear us apart.
And I like to think that’s because President Trump is in office and his message is AMERICA FIRST.
Unlike the Democrats who constantly use race to divide us, he reminds us:
We are ONE country.
We have ONE national anthem.
And it belongs to ALL OF US.
So while the NFL platforms the OTHER song at the Super Bowl...

JUST IN: NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani used America’s 250th anniversary to sharply criticize the country, accusing the U.S. of allowing children to go hungry while billionaires and “oligarchs” gain more power.
He said America’s wealth was built by working people with “calloused, dirt-streaked hands" while accusing the country of allowing the wealth built by workers to be concentrated in “the soft hands of a precious few.”
