As cartel kukus / government goons attack me - remember this video. I share how thomas ogutu told me about @KCBInKenya ‘s dennis volemi (C Level, Dir of Tech!) being involved in BILLIONS of money laundering potentially. Corruption of hundreds of BILLIONS involves BANKING SYSTEM!
KENYA 🇰🇪 HAS SYSTEMIC CORRUPTION. But WHO is involved systemically? Kenya’s corruption bill is bigger than its national health and basic education department budgets combined. The World Bank launched its 34th Kenya Economic Update on 4 November 2026. It calls corruption systemic and estimates that corruption and collusion widen the annual deficit by 2 percentage points of GDP. At Kenya’s 2025 GDP, that’s roughly KSh352 BILLION in annual fiscal pressure from higher public costs and lost revenue. Put that next to what Kenya approved for FY2025/26: 🏥 National health sector - KSh138.1 billion 📚 State Department for Basic Education - KSh127.9 billion Together: KSh266 billion The system works through closed tenders, preferential licences and deals for politically connected firms. The cost reaches people who never see those contracts. About 36% of surveyed firms reported a bribe request. Some informal workers can lose up to a fifth of a day’s earnings to bribes. Employment grew 4% in 2025, but 83.8% of jobs remained informal. Banking controls matter too. In a separate 2018 case, the Central Bank assessed a KSh149.5 million penalty against KCB Bank Kenya after reviewing compliance on NYS-related transactions. It was one of five banks penalized. Kenya remains on FATF’s grey list, with more money-laundering investigations and prosecutions still called for. Why do people put up with it? Nearly 79% of surveyed Kenyans believe reporting corruption risks retaliation. If refusing a bribe can cost you a day’s work and reporting it could bring trouble, keeping quiet can feel like the safest choice. That’s how a system can survive even when people oppose it. What could Kenya look like if that changed? In the World Bank’s ambitious reform scenario, by 2035 the economy could be 22.3% larger and household consumption up to 27% higher than under the no-reform baseline, with more and better jobs for up to 7.7 million people. Imagine what those changes would mean in daily life. A clinic gets the supplies it paid for. A business can compete for a public contract on merit. A rider keeps more of the money earned that day. And people can report a bribe without having to weigh the risk to their livelihood. KSh6,500 for every person in Kenya. About KSh26,000 for a family of four. That’s the per-person scale of the World Bank’s estimated annual fiscal hit from corruption and collusion. At Kenya’s 2025 GDP, it comes to roughly KSh352 BILLION. Nearly KSh1 billion a day. Put that same amount toward any ONE of these: 🛣️ About 6,100 km of paved road upgrades 🏠 About 106,000 affordable flats 🩺 One year of basic pay for about 447,000 medical officers 👩‍⚕️ One year of basic pay for about 544,000 registered nurses Those comparisons use Kenyan project costs and published public-sector basic pay estimates. The next time someone says “billions lost,” picture the road to your market, the staff at your clinic and what KSh26,000 would mean to a family of four. World Bank report documents1.worldbank.org/cur… But some people are involved on bank levels. And according to thomas ogutu it is @KCBInKenya ‘s dennis volemi, he also mentioned something with weapons and war in Sudan but I don’t remember correctly. Volemi’s C level position as Director of Technology could definitely help systemically. But ogutu lied in sworn affidavits in court, so I don’t trust his words. Can journalists and investigators find out more?

The World Bank's latest report confirms what Kenyans face daily: corruption & weak rule of law bleed $2.8B (2% of GDP) from our economy every year. The core driver? "Competitive Clientelism" trading state power for political survival. 🧵👇

I like how @ogaobinnatv is cooking himself. These videos will be played in classrooms of the future of well known Kenyans that whitewashed a serial killing regime. Karma works in many ways. We shall revisit!

There was a time i was coming from sipili with my wife and kids , hizo siku Kuna matatu ilikua inaitwa "The Moran " that used to be the only transport to Nairobi then . Along the way we picked up a cousin of mine his wife and kids . On that fateful day the Moran developed mechanical fault in kinamba. From 10am to 3pm the mechanics worked on it. We had left so early the kids hadn't had anything to eat in the morning . People who visit rural areas know the financial situation of the journey back ,you are broke completely. I saw my cousin excuse himself and left behind some buildings and I thought the same idea had hit him ,to go find some food . After 10 min of looking for him to join financial muscle,I found him in a kibanda eating with the urgency of ndii . " Mzee ni kujipanga " he said when he saw me . I bought some chapatis now for both families it was clear this guy wasn't bringing back any for his family and quickly left just in time to find the Moran ready to leave . Kila mtu akapata chapati mbili mbili except me , you could see the life come back in the little kids . Chairlady akapewa chai by a woman she was talking to and they shared with my cousins wife. We had to wait for a few minutes for Jessi to show up , when he finally did he was empty handed with shinny lips . We didn't talk the whole journey and 30 more years . I have remembered that story because his wife and kids relocated to the UK and left him here , stories of his suffering have become a common discussion when family gather . Sasa Leo asubuhi I got a call from a nephew who wants me to talk to his children to save him from alcohol dens in maimahiu. He says it's bad for a father to sacrifice for his children and then they abandoned him . Sasa Mimi nauliza ,mtu anajificha watoto akule peke yake , ni sacrifice gani hizi wananiambia ? But anyway nta piga simu later In the day nione kama atasaidika ,but I just know I will hear horror stories. Good morning from ndeiyashire.
