Well, the time has come, @SummRidge 's boy is turning 15! Alex is getting his permit to drive and even though Brian and myself are TOTALLY comfortable teaching him to drive we decided that Rascal should do the honors!
Just touched base with Rascal and he muttered something about feeling safer in France and I told him him to stop being scaredy trash panda and to be a good friend. Got him in line now.
Evidently Alex needed a new hunting rifle so I reckon they are headed to Knoxville to shop a bit!
On theme for this week's fun is a Browning AB3 rifle chambered in .30-06!
Y'all know what we like but be sure and wish Alex, who this post should be a surprise to, a big hearty wholesome happy birthday!

Starting tomorrow, Kindle+ members will be able to read it AND listen to the audiobook at no extra cost.
That means Kindle Unlimited readers too, since it’s the same membership now with a new name.

Well, congratulations, America. We've successfully changed the clocks again without doing a damn thing to the sun.
Last night, we turned them back an hour. Supposedly, we gained an extra hour of sleep.
Boomer didn't get the memo. Neither did the cows. Apparently, livestock doesn't recognize an act of Congress.
Now, I appreciate a little morning sunshine in the winter. It's nice to see what you're stepping in before you've had your coffee.
But dark before five in the afternoon? That's just depressing. By the time you finish a day's work, it feels like you ought to be eating supper in your pajamas.
We've put men on the moon, invented artificial intelligence, and built trucks that practically drive themselves. Yet twice a year, we still rearrange the clocks like a bunch of idiots.
If we're going to keep moving time around, I've got a better idea.
Move Monday to Friday.
At least we'd get something useful out of it.
