WE HAVE NO INTEREST IN GRAVE VISITOR
We have noted the rather dramatic, tear-stained video of a certain member of the preaching fraternity, who appears to be recording himself in a state of profound emotional distress to beg the Government for permission to visit his familyโs graves.
Please allow us to offer the deepest condolences as well as assurances that the Government of Zimbabwe has absolutely zero interest in him, his theatrics, or the graves of his family. We are entirely unbothered. In fact, he is free to visit those graves as many times a year, or a day as his heart desires. He does not need a government permit for his grief, nor our blessing to stand by a tombstone.
We do, of course, understand that there are immense "street creds" to be gained by villainizing the Government, and that playing the victim is a guaranteed way to farm sympathy and clicks for those desperately seeking attention. But surely, zvimwe munonozanyaya. Using your deceased relatives as props for a social media pity party is a new low, even for the pulpit.

I think I've been viewing things wrongly, the women aren't the problem, it's the men. Or at least that's what I got from the story of the chef husband and engineer wife.

Right there, the inferiority complex yabva yabuda pachena. Tine varume vanofunga kuti they don't deserve to be loved if they don't have money or have less money than the woman or if they're not performing acts of romance.
Saka vakadzi iproblem pakudii, when they're just working with what the men themselves believe and reinforce.
It also explains to you why most marriages dzema Zim guys dzichiparara once they go ku UK, because mukadzi can now make her own money. It's not that she intentionally undermines the man, but the man just starts to think he's being undermined and before you know it, the woman starts to resent a man with low self esteem.
If having more money than a woman is your only card, sorry to say this brother, it's a new world, women now even make more than men.
