In an exercise of damage control, @GreaterCambs has published some FAQs full of lies, encouragements to break the law and possibly supplied by bogus data, as it is their established tradition! @markrwilliamson, @PhilRodgers, @ClareFKing 1/ greatercambridge.org.uk/proj…

Primary position is NOT used to deliberately obstruct those who try to overtake you. Narrowing a road with the main purpose to make overtaking more difficult makes the road more dangerous, not less so. But how can you ever check if you saw 2 incidents (1 slight) in 10 years? 4/

There is no special "cycling street" status in the UK. CYCLISTS *DO NOT* HAVE PRIORITY. Adam's Road is a road just like any other, and the rules are the same as all other roads in the UK. Painting it red and adding stickers changes NOTHING, apart from making it an eyesore. 5x

4 lamps rbout: the most criminal waste of £210,000 Cam has ever seen. A minor desire line transformed in a monumental crossing + hear platform that nobody wanted. @markrwilliamson @PhilRodgers @CambsCC @ClareFKing @Murielschild 1/

I wonder why so much grass has been eliminated to do such a humungous approach to Maids Cseway. From a narrow path to the equivalent 8-lane motorway with possibly the widest cattle grids in the UK. Works to end 29/Aug, extended to today. Far from finished. For a 620k useless xing

With the addition of 4 very bright flashing lights the increase of light pollution and insult to residents is complete. Those living opposite will be delighted.

Here’s a little video of a house by the crossing. I hope the residents will take legal action against the council

Not only a waste of £210,000, not coordinated with resurfacing in the same area completed 5 months ago, but works should be finished by today but they are still going on. More than 2 MONTHS for a minor branch of a roundabout!!!!! 7x

This is what people should be focusing on: how did he get a senior place out of nowhere? Did any person who hired him ever read anything of his work? Was he really “the best in the world”, as per Hilary Cremin?
OK. Unlike many people I've read Arday's work. Not all of it, but enough to form an evidenced opinion. It's terrible, simply awful. I've chaired or been a member of panels appointing Oxbridge sociologists at all levels from junior research fellow to full professor. There is no

Even BBC keeps perpetrating the lie that "cyclist and pedestrians have priority over motorists". This is a scam. The "cycling road" is not a bike lane, even if painted red and "cycling road" stamped on the ground. It's a normal road with normal rules bbc.com/news/articles/cd9wp5…

Why was the Jason Arday story broken by a racist blogger and not the mainstream press? Because Times Higher Education was intimidated off the story by a letter from notorious libel firm Carter-Ruck. I'm publishing the letter. Its central claim may be false.

No mention of invented brain surgery 3 weeks before viva or invented pig’s heads. As long as a person fits your fanatical views he is and will always be a saint and be right, even if he’s a scammer and a grifter. 2/

“African and Asian heritage professionals are over surveilled, micro managed and investigated.” Arday proved that the OPPOSITE is true: anybody but him would have been immediately discarded for the string of obviously fake claims he made. Arday instead became poster boy 3x
