The behavior of the representative of Apartheid Israel and its accomplices - with their cheap bullying and disgruntled highschoolers' attitude - continue to bring embarrassment and disgrace upon the UN.

Yes Mr Blair:
Palestinians in Gaza and elsewhere need an end to genocide, Israel's militarised colonisation and apartheid.
They need respect for Intl Law and justice.
They also need no more advice from those who have profited from their misery for too long.
Be kind. Step aside

As I presented my latest report at the UN two days ago, the US ambassador managed to be even more insulting than Israel’s. No small feat, given that Israeli representatives at UN in New York have long been second to none in diplomatic buffoonery.
At the UN on Monday, Israel's ambassador called @FranceskAlbs a fraud and a liar. The US representative called her a lunatic.
Her report documents nearly 300 journalists killed in Gaza. Of course, neither of them addressed it.
Then she answered.

Lobbies (organised groups seeking to influence public decisions) are not inherently corrupt: they bring diverse perspectives into policymaking.
But when money buys access and private interests dictate public policy, behind closed doors, they may be a legalised form of corruption.

If it were me, I wouldn’t even publish that statement or I’d ask for another one as it’s deceiving your readers. Probably required chief legal officer to get it published. Also, all press should be mentioning related DC cases which include naming Zuck personally. SEC 👀. 2/2

This appears to be the (nonsensical) statement Meta has provided to all major outlets about the $25B fine which had to do with an unprecedented data leak that they then kept under wraps through the 2016 election until scandal broke wide open in 2018. Tax on speech? Spin, spin 1/2

But just two months ago NM also ordered Meta to expand data collection and surveillance in the name of "protecting kids"
nitter.gq/juliecbarrett/status/2…
New Mexico's ruling against Meta says that their surveillance is harmful, deceptive, and illegal.
But just a couple months ago New Mexico had another ruling against Meta that ordered them to build more surveillance systems to "protect kids." 🤔
The August ruling requires more data collection, identity verification, behavioral tracking, content scanning, and government reporting.
And yesterday's judgment condemns Meta for deceptive data collection, hidden surveillance, failure to protect user data...and more.
So the state says that Meta is harming consumers with their surveillance and data collection, right after they've ordered Meta to expand these systems in the name of "child protection."

It’s worth noting the Court ordered Meta to pay New Mexico $25B for the claims that were just settled for $460M by 46 other state AGs, buried inside of the $18B child harms settlement.
Advantage New Mexico

Ka-boom. As I've been saying and dissecting for the last eight years, there is a lot more there there. Every settlement has been in part due to the increase in temperature when you get to the top of Meta and its board. Good on New Mexico.

Basically, they have all the right people: Sandberg, Bosworth, Kaplan, Schrage, Stone, Chancellor, Hendrix, others to get to bottom of who knew what and when. Kaplan/Sandberg/Zuckerberg named in suit, last two have sealed SEC depos to compare record. 2/3 storage.courtlistener.com/re…

woah, it gets worse. In the Meta securities lawsuit for Cambridge Analytica cover-up, plaintiffs just posted deposition list. If they have the courage to 'go to the mat' (as Zuckerberg says) like New Mexico AG has done for over $25B, this could be very, very bad for Team Zuck. 1/3

No one seems to be paying attention to this either (too much going on!) but I think FTC has a good shot at winning appeal on their antitrust case to break up Meta. Final briefs were just filed in DC. FTC argues (1) timing and (2) TikTok analysis was wrong. I totally agree. /1

Noted they’re going for 14 hours of deposition with Zuckerberg. In the Delaware suit, they went to Hawaii to do it but then got cut off very early when they got to the subject at hand. Had to get a court order for the rest. Should be interesting.
BBC, CNN, ABC & NYT published false claims by Israel, obscured Israeli responsibility for #warcrimes, retaliated v journalists critical of #Gaza coverage, issued editorial guidance inconsistent with international law, applied emotive language unequally docs.un.org/en/A/81/249

Excellent visual summary of my last report on MEDIA and Genocide
▶️Israel has tried all it could to eliminate professional reporting from/on Gaza: through propaganda, censorship, influencers
▶️Western media has often been Israel's house organ:for habit, convenience or just racism

The most immoral army continues to slaughter children. Nearly daily.
UN bodies and human rights groups have documented the pattern in detail. Anyone who denies it should read these reports.
We keep receipts and there will be accountability.
