Terry Crews says his p*rn addiction became so consuming that he could spend 13 hours watching it on a single day off, from 10 a.m. until 11 p.m. Speaking on The Diary of a CEO in 2022, the actor described finishing his workout while away filming, then spending the rest of the day watching alone. “When day turns into night, and you’re still watching, I knew I had a problem,” he said. Crews recalled repeatedly promising himself he would stop, only to return to the same behaviour. He said he first encountered p*rnography around nine or ten years old. The secrecy and addiction nearly destroyed his marriage to Rebecca. He eventually sought professional help, including rehab and therapy, and the couple worked to rebuild their relationship.
