Saw Revenge of the Sith on the big screen last night. Unbelievable movie.
Started off with "haha fun begins" "haha another happy landing" but once this scene hits everyone was so locked in that a few people were tearing up at the end. Real movies on the big screen with crowds.
It's so funny to watch this now because it's just absolutely nothing, and at the time it was like, global controversy for how much was going on
We're so broken
I'd sooner support United in the Northern Premier League having a rivalry with Warrington and awkward games against FC United than support them winning the Champions League while being state owned

TV and broadband provider Virgin Media is going to pay one winning candidate almost $900 to play #GTA6 for eight hours and share their “honest” review of the game on social media. The winner also will get a free copy of the video game.
Virgin Media is accepting applications through Nov. 15 for the gig, requiring applicants to explain why they deserve to get the job. The catch? The promotion is being sponsored by Virgin Media Ireland, and the offer is open only to residents of the Republic of Ireland.

People were putting their actual money into a fake stock market based on how well footballers were doing and are still mad years later to find out they got swindled
Harry Kane winning the Ballon D’or is so bittersweet for us former #FootballIndex investors. A tough but much needed lesson upon reflection, doesn’t make this 2020 screenshot any easier to look at. Six years later and still no answers, accountability or funds recuperated.
Upon 30 seconds of investigation. This is a guy doing a bit and not a very funny one, he's not even Irish (otherwise it would be funny) and he tried and failed with this DDAK47 thing
Look, the way you do a Call of Duty movie is unashamedly propaganda
Ghost with Aura, price saying lines filled eith Aura, a minigun minute, an AC-130 gunship scene that's better than transformers
Michael Bay should've been on this one honestly
The "Call of Duty" movie based on "Modern Warfare" will not feel like a superhero film because the story is about "the cost of war and having to be a warrior."
“If you really look at the missions and the storylines and the characters like Captain Price, Soap, Ghost and Alex, these are complicated humans. These are not, and no disrespect, cartoon characters or comic books," says director Peter Berg. "These are very nuanced storylines; there’s a real soul to the ‘Modern Warfare’ universe. Yes, there’s violence and hardware and equipment and killing. But underneath it, I think the game, and the creators of the game, are really looking at the cost of war, the cost of having to be a warrior who’s, for whatever reason, chosen to put himself between real danger and the rest of us, and the burden that these guys carry.”
