A kind of a weird thing is that steakhouse chains (Longhorn, Outback, Texas Roadhouse) tend to be consistently good at a very reasonable price. I often go to a more fancy and expensive restaurant only to find worse service and worse food, and wish I had gone to Longhorn instead.
