...move on...but, never give up hope...but, keep moving,
despite...whatever wants to hold you hostage. Wise?
His wife invited his estranged daughter to come and see them. Not a word came back, and after 20 years he has stopped waiting.
Anthony Hopkins, on The Interview from The New York Times.
"I wish her well, but I'm not going to waste blood over that."
"If you want to waste your life in resentment 50 years later, 58 years later, fine, go ahead."
"Life is painful. Sometimes people get hurt, sometimes we get hurt, but you can't live like that."
"If you can't get over it, fine."
Some people will hear coldness. He still won't say a word that might hurt her, and the door stayed open for two decades. Is moving on the healthy choice here, or is it giving up?

What a wonderful compliment, George. I'd like to point out that Dorian wouldn't have been eaten alive by jealousy if it weren't for the Virtuous Viki: #ErikaSlezak!
She wins-with her usual aplomb and class-calls me up
on stage to join her. We both wear FABULOUS gowns!
Thank you:)
Soiled Toilet Paper gets flushed down the toilet, doesn't
it? So it shall be with Mr. Ramaswamy. Poetic Justice:
he gets flushed out of politics, embittered and blaming others for his mistakes.
Vivek Ramaswamy’s legacy will always be that he demanded to run an ad attacking a child for being raped by her mother’s husband. A truly monstrous person. zeteo.com/p/republicans-warn…

My wonderful Mail Carrier's name is Wanda. She loved
playing "tug of war" through my mail slot with my dear dog Rocket. This went on for years. Then...when he passed, I could hardly find the words to tell Wanda about it because we were both crying...

Debbie Dingell at an Anti-Muslim Hate Rally:
We are seeing a real rise in hate in our communities across the U.S. and when you see the President of the United States put kerosene on it—I’m not being political, I’m saying it’s our job to STAND UP to hate, not put kerosene on it.
It should disturb each and every one of us, because when hate is directed at one community, it threatens the safety and the dignity of ALL.

John Legend: "When Vivek Ramaswamy hears of an indicted child abuser who fled the state rather than face charges, instead of siding with the victim, he takes the side of the abuser…Do we want a man with this sort of depraved moral compass to lead our state?"

A 4th bishop...
+Naumann: “The bishops were assured that no photographs would be made public. They came to have a discussion on important policy matters. As Catholic bishops, they pray with everyone, but do not endorse candidates or political parties.”

Manufacturing is coming back to Georgia thanks to the work of Mike Collins and President Trump.

“We should never have been put in that position by the White House.” nytimes.com/2026/10/25/us/tr…
The Bishops who prayed over DJT in the Oval Office affronted #theHolyFather #PopeLeo. If they are truly contrite he will forgive them. "Forgive them Father, they know not what they do". I think those Bishops knew what they were doing. They're only sorry the backlash was negative.
NEW: Bishop William Joensen of Des Moines said the White House used a private prayer with President Trump “for partisan political purposes,” the second prelate to express regret over the Oval Office gathering days before the midterm election.
Milwaukee Archbishop Jeffrey Grob apologized on Sunday, saying that “something so sacred” had been manipulated. “I did not go without reservations,” he wrote. “I wish I had heeded them.”
Pressure is building on the remaining 10 bishops to walk back their participation, and more than 2,500 Catholics have signed a letter asking them to apologize to the people of God and to Pope Leo XIV. thelettersfromleo.com/p/des-…
