This is one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever received! 😭😭😭😭 My daughter and I were involved in a horrendous car wreck Friday night returning from ⁦@AuburnHighFB⁩ playoff win in Mobile. Her words are salve to my soul. Tomorrow is promised to no one.

This!! My oldest was a freshman the Covid year. Went through Harsin to Freeze with misery. My twin boys are juniors at Auburn High. They barely believe my tales that Auburn has won big games. They’ve wanted to pull for Auburn, but have drifted to Oregon or LSU. Youngest daughter

This—THIS is what I’m happiest about tonight. These kids not only had to live through Covid, they were at Auburn in the historical nadir of the football program. Finally, they get a big one to celebrate. Never, never, NEVER to yield.

Is a sophomore at AU. Saw her dancing in her living room with her roommates, blast the fight song to Toomer’s. Finally able to be infused with the pride and thrill of a big-time AU win. It’s been too long. War Eagle! 🦅

Not sure what surprises me more 26 years since I last played CFB—NIL/transfer portal or personal foul “bodyweight landing on the QB” being a real call. There should be no special protection for a single position.

Auburn advances to the semi-finals behind the play of 2028 Quarterback JD Pate. The sophomore quarterback stepped into the lineup, stakes were high and delivered. He scored a total of 3 touchdowns en route to a 40-0 win. Auburn advances to the semi-finals against Opelika. Great poise from the young signal caller.

Sorrowed by the news of Coach Bill Oliver passing. I would not have been an Auburn Tiger if not for him. He was the most prepared, detailed coach I ever played for and was able to squeeze more out of players because he positioned and prepared us for success. Love you Coach!

Tahaad Pettiford, Johni Broome, Miles Kelly and JP Pegues visited Sweet Frog in Auburn on Wednesday afternoon. They got their yogurt and when paying, offered to pay for everyone’s yogurt in the entire store. It was packed. They stayed until everybody was paid for and done.

City of Wetumpka to be commended for their city sports complex. Hosting a high school track meet, soccer matches, baseball games, people on tennis courts, plenty of parking—beautiful facility to be proud of. 👏🏼👏🏼

War Damn Eagle!!! Happy our guys finally had the ball bounce their way! Always better to finish well than to fade. We are improving —with a chance to finish strong.
