ALERT: Florida sheriffs venture deep into a wooded swamp to save a veteran who fled on foot after showing signs of being su*cidal.
Hillsborough County Sheriff's officers found the veteran in waist-deep water deep in the swamp and talked him out of it.
“We’re here to help you, okay? We don't want to hurt you. You're not in trouble. We just want to get you help.”
“Just tell me it's gonna be okay.”
HCSO stated they were able to get the veteran the care he needs.
