ā€œVision Pro developer labs (to test apps on actual hardware) have been under-filledā€ Kind of makes sense. It’s WAY early, Apple hasn’t made the case (yet) on why folks should invest in this space, how folks can make money here. #Apple #VisionPro
Hearing so far that the Vision Pro developer labs (to test apps on actual hardware) have been under-filled with small amounts of developers. Some developers emphasizing that the company isn’t offering any east coast sessions, with Cupertino the only option for the entire US.

On iOS, the situation is distinct as Apple does not permit any app to have a single character as their app name. If they manage to obtain approval, it would mark the first instance since the inception of the iOS App Store that such a permission has been granted.
Anyone have an idea why renaming Twitter to X on iOS is taking so long? It was approved on Google Play for Android a few days ago. When I worked at Twitter, Apple would typically approve trivial updates like this within a day or two. It wonder if there me a bigger story here.

Here’s the form a developer will need to fill out when they are approved for a Vision Pro development kit + the Measure and Fit app that uses the camera to determine head band and light seal size. Lenses will come from Zeiss directly.
