Really proud of the lads this evening, showed great character to come back from a goal down but keep our composure to score 3 goals in the last 20. #MonTheHoops

The 2005 leveraged Man United takeover made the club an empty husk, bled dry by vulture capitalists. Becoming the weekly butt of everyone else's joke was accelerated by the equally hopeless INEOS-led front. Until that changes, anything else is rearranging the Titanic deck chairs.

Man United with one of the worst ownership combos: American capitalists piling debt onto the club and a right-wing British billionaire out of his depth.
Lots of chanting against Glazers and Sir Jim Ratcliffe.

Western liberals imported the third world into France and other countries in the name of diversity and compassion. They ignored fundamental questions of assimilation and compatibility. They were told it would lead to this and they didn't listen. I pray that France, a beautiful country of amazing people, will stop this madness before more of its landmarks burn. And I hope Americans are paying attention. This is the future congressional Democrats seek for your country.

Back in 2014, there was a man who was already aware of the irregularities involving Manchester City. That man now runs FIFA. The infamous Gianni Infantino, then UEFA General Secretary, abused his authority, shared confidential documents and, in short, outmanoeuvred the Investigatory Chamber, doing everything in his power to ensure that both Manchester City and PSG would merely receive a fine, avoiding a deeper investigation that could have led to a Champions League ban. All of these details were also revealed through Football Leaks. Given his actions as UEFA General Secretary and, more recently, as FIFA President, I can only say, in my humble opinion, that Gianni Infantino has become a cancer on football and should have no place in the future of the game.

It's worth noting that Manchester City fans paid actual money for a banner lauding the work of a high profile barrister. The man in question, Lord Pannick, went on to win 1 (one) out a possible 115 charges. Pannick in the streets of London, indeed.

Man City were a well chosen vehicle for this fraudulent sport-washing project. Newish stadium and a fanbase who couldn't have been more accommodating. Years in the shade made them desperate for artificial sunlight and willing to ignore, and even deny, the cancerous results

An analysis of why Manchester United’s ticketing investigation and appeals process has fundamentally failed the basic standards of natural justice, procedural fairness, and data integrity. What began as a purported high-tech sweep against automated tout networks has unravelled into an administrative debacle. Looking at the club’s actions over recent months, it is clear that innocent supporters have been subjected to an inherently flawed process designed to protect an unworkable system rather than establish the truth. No doubt, there'll be touts caught up in this, but I suspect the number was very low compared to the number caught up in the first two waves of emails issued. Here is why the entire operation and its subsequent sanctions are fundamentally compromised: 1. Presumption of Guilt Over Innocence From the very first email sent in late July, the burden of proof was completely reversed. Supporters were not presented with specific allegations; instead, their accounts were frozen, upcoming tickets were deactivated, and they were forced to prove their own innocence under strict, aggressive deadlines. In standard justice and disciplinary governance, the accuser must prove the breach. Here, the club treated innocent match-goers as guilty by default, requiring them to justify routine family account management, device ownership, and location histories without ever being told what concrete rule they had supposedly broken. 2. A Sub-Standard Technical Crackdown The entire foundation of this investigation relied on crude, automated device fingerprinting carried out by an external data firm. The club’s own public statements admitted they had severely underestimated how widespread innocent login sharing was among friends, families, and supporters’ branches. Past third-party analysis had many pitfalls; relying again on such sub-standard analysis to disrupt long-standing season ticket holders shows a dangerous over-reliance on opaque algorithms that fail to understand match-going culture. 3. Evidential Vacuum and Context-Free Bans In both the "Final Warning" and "One-Year Suspension" determination letters, the club repeatedly hands down severe penalties without providing a shred of specific, verifiable evidence. Supporters are not given any context for the reason behind the suspension. Instead, the club falls back on vague administrative boilerplate, claiming activity "cannot readily be distinguished" from circumvention, or asserting that tickets were "controlled, managed, transferred or resold" outside authorised channels. Penalising supporters based on suspicion and technical ambiguity alone, while withholding the underlying audit data, strips the entire process of transparency. The club's responses to SARs alone raise major questions that need to be legally challenged. 4. Moving the Goalposts to Justify Flawed Data When supporters attended appeals and dismantled the flawed technical assumptions regarding shared devices and IP addresses, the panel did not concede error. Instead, they moved the goalposts. The club retroactively expanded the inquiry to scrutinise routine ticketing behaviours, auditing how often supporters forwarded tickets to friends, their away match application history, and whether shared cards were used for renewals or applications. Everyday features that don't break the club's T&Cs were suddenly repurposed as retrospective evidence of wrongdoing to justify an initial flag that should never have been raised. This is a paragraph from the latest emails. "For every case considered, the Panel has access to the original technical indicators which prompted the investigation that were shared with you, together with a further detailed, non-technical review undertaken by our ticketing team. That additional review considers a range of relevant account and ticketing activity, including patterns of home and away ticket forwarding, levels of personal attendance, the volume of away match applications submitted, and the number of tickets subsequently obtained, together with payment cards used across purchases, applications and Season Ticket renewals." 5. Saving Face: Manufacturing "Success" at the Expense of Fans The most troubling aspect of this entire episode is the inescapable feeling that the club could not afford to admit total failure. Having engaged external consultants, spent weeks in public silence, and caused immense distress across the fanbase, walking away with zero findings would have exposed the initial rollout's sheer incompetence. Handing out arbitrary "Final Warnings", away match bans, and permanent cancellations across loyal match-goers feels less like targeted justice and more like an attempt to generate sanction statistics, sacrificing ordinary supporters simply to prove that the expensive, disruptive dragnet yielded results. Where This Leaves Supporters If football governance is to mean anything, clubs cannot act as judge, jury, and executioner using broken tools and shifting standards. For anyone who has received a suspension or a warning: Demand the specific, granular evidence behind your sanction in writing. Escalate your case to the Independent Football Ombudsman (IFO) at [email protected]. (see repost) Document every piece of correspondence. A club cannot claim to protect fair access for supporters while subjecting those very same supporters to an unfair, unaccountable, and sub-standard disciplinary process. More on the whole Sanctions process after the club posts data from this whole saga.
Some suspensions are coming out of today's Appeals Panel; next steps for Manchester United supporters who have received a final rejection letter from the Appeals Panel: With the club's internal appeals process now exhausted, your official remaining route of recourse is an external referral to the Independent Football Ombudsman (IFO). Obviously, if you haven't been truly honest and there is proof that rules weren't followed, then the suspension is ultimately valid, and this IFO process would be a waste of many people's time. Here is how to structure your submission: - Stick Strictly to Documented Facts: Lay out a clear, chronological timeline. Include the initial restriction date, your appeal submission, any SAR data received, and the final rejection letter. - Be Completely Open and Honest: Explain exactly how your account operates in practice. If you manage tickets for family members, handle group applications for mates, or use a shared card for renewals, state that plainly. Total transparency is vital to proving there was no commercial gain or touting involved. - Challenge the Procedural Flaws: Highlight that the club publicly promised Season Tickets would not be cancelled without clear evidence of financial exploitation or organised touting. Emphasise if your sanction was applied under a broad administrative catch-all without proof of profit, or if the club shifted the goalposts from initial device data to regular forwarding and attendance patterns. - Clarify the True Impact: Note that re-labelling a permanent seat cancellation and refund as a "one-year suspension" misrepresents the penalty by stripping away your continuous tenure and seat renewal rights. Chelsea sold Maatsen for 40m to get clean profit for PSR, while they bought Kellyman, an unknown youngster for 20m to also give clean profit for PSR to Villa. Now after 0 games played, he is sold for 5m to a sister club. Normally in business, when you sell assets at boosted prices to get accounting and/or financial benefits it is considered fraud and has severe legal implications. Chelsea is now actively doing this as a strategy to defraud the financial rules of the Premier League and UEFA.
Omari Kellyman has completed a permanent transfer to Ligue 1 club RC Strasbourg.
