This is likely a radius of around 5 megaton. I would say 250b is kinda overpriced for that.
inspired by @thomasforth 's population tool; tomforth.co.uk/circlepopulat…; i present gdp around a point: moneymap.jjpcodes.com/
if you dont have > $250bn within 30km you're ngmi.
In @getcharnotes we constantly rethink the most basic elements of interaction with AI. Like summaries for example
We have chat cards — basically a thread with your agent anywhere in the note.
Instead of showing you some sort of simple "summary" I made it:
1. action based — summary brings up the most important parts of question. Names, numbers, lists. No need to open chat to reed the whole answer.
2. transformative — every new message enrich context and summary reflects it.
The biggest thing that AI could present for consumers in pursue of wider adoption is a "parent questions", and this is totally ignored by most companies rn
"Could you fix my computer"
"Is this a virus?"
"how to write an email to Stephan from my school?"
"I pressed smth and now my computer don't have sound"
Code is native only when it has been written on your ancestors’ land. In the tongue of your fathers.
Very simple rule
I hate how imprecise the term “native” has become.
Is a UIKit app that mostly displays WebViews, such as Apple News, not a native app? What about an app that’s entirely rendered with UIKit or SwiftUI, but orchestrated by a bytecode file, as with React Native? How about a social network app that’s so server-driven it makes network round-trips before navigation?
Do you trust that an app built with UIKit is doing concurrency better than the reasonable defaults of SwiftUI?
Today, software is developed in natural language. When you use imprecise prompts, you get sloppy results. I ban my agents from using the term “native” to describe technical details.
Your agent will inherit your principles, so why allow any room for ambiguity?
Reject technical imprecision. Be curious about performance characteristics, and strive for data-backed answers.
From which source all video models get these overacting angry face expressions and screaming in dialogues?
Every other face emotion is kinda good there, but these angry faces is so out of place every time.
I love Cursor so much but boy it drains battery and make my macbook m4pro boiling hot even without anything launched inside of it.
@cursor_ai some performance improvements pls
