Another day. Another lovely message from an amazon customer. For context this is an item listed as used good with some damage to the outer box. As yet to arrive (sent tuesday).
People actually send me messages like this. It's always from selling on Amazon too (FYI, no point did I offer them refund, they were told to send the item back and was described as having broken case!).
