Cheapest I've seen was 39p kw, this was with a vend electric charger at center parcs, which only charges up at night. Although that being said, must been a glitch with it as got charged 24p for 25kw ish of charge!

Has there ever been a recall on an EV for firestarting? Plenty on petrol/diesels but I can't recall hearing one on any EV (and I'm sure the anti EV bandwagon would have been chiming in if there was).

Have a heat pump, neighbour has an external oil boiler. If their boiler is running and you stand next to the heat pump, you can hear theirs more.

As others have said, the LKA is awful. Particularly in rural areas with bendy roads, it's a routine to turn it off as soon as get ready to drive (in itself an annoyance). It is a great drive, plenty of space and any gripes are redeemed by it being 10k cheaper than similar cars.
