Just like the rest of AI training data wins in the business of research twins 😉 As the market leader @ListenLabs compounds its data advantage to offer the best twinning to its customers.
Seems like the partisan right is starting to fear @SenatorSlotkin
What is the authoritarian playbook? It is really simple: You get into power on an issue of common concern. Once you win, you accumulate power, enrich yourself, your family, and your closest allies, and go after anyone who disagrees with you.
I know this firsthand. The President called for me to be investigated, arrested, and hanged for sedition after I made a 90-second video.
So I feel like I’ve earned a little bit of street cred on the authoritarian playbook Trump and his team are employing.

It's been an incredible year at Pace:
→ 15x+ ARR growth
→ 1M agent runs
We are hiring:
Founding MLE
AI Engineer
Product Engineer
Security Engineer
Agent PM
FDE
If you are excited about building frontier multi-modal harnesses, post-training models that handle mission critical workflows, and deploying into some of the world's most sophisticated enterprises, join us.
Starting Monday, I'll be full-time on Ballast.Org, a new company grounded in a simple idea: economic value creation and humanitarian impact can compound together. Ballast is a for-profit engine built to grow capital and fund nonprofits in perpetuity. We will build in the world beyond core tech, with an initial portfolio of businesses ranging from real estate to hospitality to industrials.
The idea behind Ballast took root at early Google, where the creation of a profit-funded foundation taught me that a company could do well and do good at the same time. Sequoia deepened that conviction. Ballast is my attempt to build a company with that conviction as its north star.
A heartfelt thank you to the founders and company leaders I've had the chance to work with. You welcomed @sequoia and me as extended members of your teams, trusted me with your ambitions, and let me help as your ideas became products and then companies. I look forward to continuing the journey with you.
Salesforce acquires @ListenLabs!
This felt like watching a perfect game. What an outcome in just 3 years. Huge congratulations to @itsalfredw and @florian_jue and the entire @ListenLabs team on joining @Salesforce. Thank you for inviting us along for the journey from “half a demo” to this incredible milestone.
Excited to see you transform how companies understand and serve customers as part of the @Salesforce universe.
We first led the Pre-Seed, but here is a snap of us signing the Series A term sheet:
From initially meeting @jesskah at a hackathon, to an early brainstorm with @charliecurnin, to @Konstantine acting as an avid early adopter, this was an insanely fun journey together, and a masterclass in entrepreneurship by @itsalfredw, @florian_jue.
The tremendous success of @ridezum is thanks to the authentic passion of an outstanding team led by @ritun, whom I'm thrilled to see recognized for all she's achieved.
Zum is proud to celebrate Founder & CEO @ritun, the #1 honoree in Innovation on Forbes’ 2026 50 Over 50 list and featured on the Innovation cover.
Congratulations to all of this year’s remarkable honorees who are challenging conventions, solving important problems and driving meaningful change.
Thank you to Forbes and Maggie McGrath for celebrating the women redefining what’s possible.

Our intern just built the first zero-person company.
Listen's agent ran a loop:
- Interview users
- Build
- Test with real people
- Fix issues
- Repeat
2,000 interviews and 100 concepts later: an app with 100s of paying customers.
Here’s how it works:
The struggle to deploy vibe coded apps (or better) inside your company is over.
Replying to @dvdhsu
Today we shipped the biggest update in Retool's history.
No matter where your app is built, in a few minutes, you can deploy it to Retool. Retool puts those apps on your cloud, behind SSO, with governance for all data access. One runtime, managed by devops or IT, for all vibe coded apps.
Working with @jamiecuffe for the second time is like observing a masterclass in startups. Congratulations and welcome @JoshuaKushner @ThriveCapital and @emergencecap
Today, Pace has raised a $46 million Series B, co-led by @ThriveCapital and @Sequoia, with participation from @emergencecap and @pruvencapital, to help our customers insure more of the world’s risk.
@pacecom agents have completed more than 250,000 critical insurance operations, growing 3x every quarter. The world’s leading insurers, like Prudential, WTW and Convex, trust Pace to scale back-office operations.
60% of the world's losses last year went uninsured. Closing this $9 trillion protection gap starts with AI-native operations.
The insurance business boils down to sales, math, and operations. @pacecom applies AI to operations enabling the industry to repatriate everything from quotes to claims thus ensuring a superior client experience and lower insurance costs for all of us. Thrilled to partner with @jamiecuffe for a second time. He was born to do this!
Today we’re announcing Pace has raised $10M led by Sequoia to build the AI operations partner for the world’s leading insurers.
Insurance exists to do something remarkable: turn uncertainty into security. But between that sits an enormous amount of operational friction: processing submissions, servicing policies, and adjudicating claims.
Leading insurers have already completed tens of thousands of these complex insurance transactions with @pacecom agents in production. Check out our team showing what this looks like in practice: agents which work across systems and modalities to complete work end to end.
I'm pulling for a leader to emerge who would simply write, "We will investigate, and justice will be served to the appropriate individuals." Why is it hard to admit that there should be an investigation when someone is killed by a Federal employee? Because the MAGA shtick is to never admit fault. We need a new class of leadership to rise above partisanship, buoyed by the values our country deserves.
This is preposterous.
First of all, she's not waving the officers through and has no right to do so even if she were. She is waving another car through, before the officers approach her car.
Second, the officers are not randomly searching her, they are approaching her vehicle because she is violating the law: namely, she is obstructing a lawful enforcement operation. You're not allowed to walk up to or drive up to people who are enforcing the law to make it harder for them to do their jobs.
Third, this defense attorney is drawing a meaningless distinction between an ICE officer and a "real police officer." Again, you're not allowed to interrupt a lawful enforcement operation, which is exactly what this woman was doing.
Fourth, the officer didn't discharge his weapon to prevent her from fleeing. When he discharged his weapon, she had pointed the vehicle at him and pressed the gas. He discharged his weapon in self defense, and other angles of the video show the woman *clearly* hit the officer with her car while accelerating.
The gaslighting is off the charts and I'm having none of it. This guy was doing his job. She tried to stop him from doing his job. When he approached her car, she tried to hit him.
A tragedy? Absolutely. But a tragedy that falls on this woman and all of the radicals who teach people that immigration is the one type of law that rioters are allowed to interfere with.
A heartfelt thank you to @roelofbotha, who has fearlessly led @sequoia through essential evolution and change. Roelof leaves it all on the field—be it business or Rugby — and I'm grateful to work with him. His is a legendary run with over $52B distributed under his leadership. These contributions are quantifiable and visible from the outside; his lasting internal contributions are equally massive.
And congratulations to our next-generation stewards, @Alfred_Lin and @gradypb, who epitomize both servant leadership and performance. I predict that 2-in-the-box with these dynamos will be an excellent setup. In a world where the ego-centric are too often getting ahead, it is wonderful to see these two founder and firm-centric leaders take the reins.

we first met w sequoia in May 22. They invested in Dec 23. @shaunmmaguire intro'd us to spacex (and pushed us hard to think bigger), @josephinekchen connected us to some of our first customers, @Alfred_Lin helped us reason through scaling problems ...
If you can meet w sequoia, do it. If you can partner with them, definitely do it. it might take some time.
they very much helped shape bridge
