It is not about capitalization. It is about acceptability and easy of transaction. We know that as at today .. international banks are to raise capitalization to #500b of which most banks are yet to meet it For national banks , captialization is #200b most banks have met this For regional banks it is #50b of which many regional banks have met For micro finance banks MFB is #10b This is where Opay falls.
