Man displays ignorance of women to women in a condescending fashion, gets suplexed in the comments, pretends the women call their own vulvas vaginas all the time, like men do.

The Supreme Court Review published an article with erroneous citations propping up a fake definition of sex. I asked its editor, @WilliamBaude, to issue a correction.
He ignored me. Then the authors admitted error. Now can we get that correction?

Every medical institution involved in "Affirming Care" based on WPATH's (obviously) insane guidelines (including the NHS), harmed and experimented on children and the vulnerable, based entirely on the opinions of a few aging transvestites.
They deserve to be sued into oblivion.

Iโm a gay man and a psychiatrist.
Iโve watched the explosion of rapid-onset gender dysphoria cases, especially in teenage girls.
Iโve seen the desistance data, the comorbidities, the regret, and the sterilizing effects of blockers + cross-sex hormones.
And I have never supported medicalizing children. Not once. Never.
Kids cannot consent to infertility, loss of sexual function, or permanent alteration of healthy bodies.
โAffirmationโ is not neutral care โ it is an ideological intervention that locks many of them onto a medical pathway most would have grown out of.
Being gay does not require me to pretend that sex is a spectrum or that a distressed 13-year-old girl is actually a boy. It requires the opposite: protecting same-sex attracted and gender-nonconforming kids from a medical fad that pathologizes them.
I will not shut up.

This is the culmination of a massive effort that others have put in to pave the way. They didn't do it a decade ago when there was a chance of it backfiring at great personal cost. I'm happy enough to see it, but let's not pretend that it was a simple singlehanded takedown.
All it took to collapse an entire sect of gender ideology was two alpha males declaring they identify as women and entering the WNBA draft.
Iโm going to show you the genius of what they just did.
The two ex-NBA players Enes Kanter Freedom and Royce White didnโt argue against the absurd premise that gender is fluid. Thatโs a losing play.
The better play is to enter the illusion and destroy it by taking the illusion to the logical extreme. So thatโs exactly what they did.
They embraced the premise that gender is fluid and took it to the logical extreme by declaring for the WNBA draft. Now they are forcing liberals to face the absurdity of their own ideology.
Gender ideologyโs core claim is that sex is irrelevant and identity is sovereign. โTrans women are women.โ Self-ID is enough.
Now the WNBA, which is in many ways a major liberal institution, faces a big dilemma. They have to either:
A: Allow the two to enter the WNBA draft. Admit โwomanโ is just a feeling (This is absurd and destroys the product).
or
B: Draw a line and say they donโt qualify. That concedes self-ID is not enough and biology matters. This would be a public abandonment of the liberal doctrine.
Either path burns the ideology to the ground, which is hilarious.
Take notes everyone. Two dudes literally just made one of the greatest persuasion plays of the decade.

John Oliver did not "debunk" HeCheated. In fact, he did not even mention it.
HeCheated does not rely on "crowdsourcing." There is no evidence here presented to show this. It's a claim the author has simply thrown out.
HeCheated does not use SheWon to gather any results at all. Every result is taken directly from an independent source. That is another false claim.
Including both elite and amateur sport does not discredit the validity of information. That is simply the author's opinion that amateur athletics are not important enough to warrant data collection.
They go on to criticize the publishing of this data. Again, that does not discredit the accuracy of the results but is simply the author's opinion on the methods of presentation. All results in the HeCheated database are already available on separate athletic databases where their full names, location, and schools are already publicly presented.
The final paragraph, again, simply is author criticism of the fact that school and athlete names are listed, as is common practice for every single athlete who participates in sports in the USA.
The only attempt they make to cast doubt on the results is by saying that HeCheated does not provide detailed information on each athlete, essentially doxxing athletes by listing past work histories, schools, family members, etc.
But they offer no examples of athletes they believe have been wrongly added to the list.
They leave out the fact that HeCheated has explicitly written in the about section that anyone who would like more information on any athlete may contact the site privately.
They are claiming HeCheated doxes, but then criticize HeCheated for not doxxing, a very contradictory position.
So in short, there is absolutely nothing there that has done the slightest to discredit the accuracy and validity of the information on the site.
Like I said, it's an opinion piece written by someone who really doesn't like the fact that this info has been collected.

After careful consideration and reviewing the current eligibility guidelines,
Iโm officially declaring myself a @WNBA prospect.
If simply declaring who you are is all thatโs required, then I meet every single requirement necessary to compete in the WNBA.
My team and I have carefully examined the WNBAโs eligibility criteria and governing framework surrounding self-identification and inclusion. Based on the current guidelines, I can and am officially declaring my eligibility for the upcoming WNBA draft in April 2027.
I know my presence on the court will stir up strong opinions.
I am definitely not here to mock, make fun of, or disrespect any community or personal choices.
Iโm simply asking that the current rules be applied equally to everyone โ the rules that represent the very values many WNBA players and coaches have publicly advocated for.
My team and I are prepared to ensure these guidelines are applied equally, consistently, and without exception, and I look forward to the #WNBA honoring its stated principles.
See you at training camp.

EHRC Code: Why the Toilet Debate Is a Distraction
The campaign to reduce the Supreme Court ruling and the EHRC Code to a debate about lavatories is not confusion. It is strategy. Behind the toilet door lies the systematic dismantling of womenโs rights, funded, organised and prosecuted against women who should have been defended years ago.
A conjuring trick requires misdirection. The audience must watch one hand while the other does the work. Keep that principle in mind as you scroll through the endless, repetitive, deliberately narrowed argument about public lavatories, and the entire campaign snaps suddenly into focus.
The toilet is not the argument. The toilet is the frame.
It has been chosen with great care, because it achieves three things at once.
It makes womenโs objections appear mean, petty, almost obsessive. It reduces a broad legal settlement about womenโs fundamental rights to a single, intimate, emotionally charged doorway. And it places women permanently on the defensive, forever justifying the existence of the boundary rather than those demanding its removal. The question is always โwhy are you so obsessed with where people go to the toilet?โ, never โwhy is your campaign not about building new facilities for transgender use, but specifically about access to womenโs existing ones?โ
On 21 May 2026, the Equality and Human Rights Commissionโs updated draft Code of Practice for services, public functions and associations was laid before Parliament. The Code does not create new law. It provides clarity about existing law, and clarity is precisely what a decade of institutional cowardice had denied women.
It applies to women-only domestic violence refuges. It applies to single-sex hospital wards. It applies to communal changing rooms. It applies to intimate personal care. It applies to competitive sport. It applies to womenโs right to meet, organise and associate as women.
But to hear the ultra-liberals tell it, this is only about toilets. It isnโt. It is about whether women retain the right to define, organise and protect themselves as a sex class, or whether every boundary they fought for can be dissolved by male declaration and institutional cowardice.
The toilet door is merely where they want you looking while the rest of womenโs rights are carried out the back.
The toilet is the distraction. Women are the target.

No, itโs that she legally cannot use the menโs. Thatโs the important distinction.
This perfectly sums up the issue with transgender ideology: some people have made a choice & simply expected everyone else to go along with it, their own boundaries & rights be damned. It was always doomed to fail.
But, it could be argued, women who claim to be men are in quite the predicament. Testosterone is powerful. The balding & beards does a lot of heavy lifting into making them look like men. Would that be confronting for women & girls in women only spaces? Yep.
But this doesnโt mean they default to using menโs spaces. Because theyโre not men. Men are more than bald spots & beards.
So, whatโs a gal to do?
For the better part of a decade, transgender activists have had unprecedented political capital which could have been cashed in to get absolutely everything they need & want in society. But they didnโt. They didnโt do anything beyond demanding men into womenโs spaces & sport, getting puberty blockers & cross-sex hormones to kids & birth certificate edits to validate their delusion. Women who claim to be men rarely got a mention outside of celebrating the miracle of โpregnant menโ.
Women who claim to be men have been treated exactly how you would expect women to be treated in a movement dictated by misogynistic men.
Now, the activists will deflect & blame everyone else rather than acknowledge their own failures.
It shouldnโt be controversial to say that it is possible women who have taken far too much testosterone for their own good do need some special accommodations in society. Who knows, no one has properly looked into it. But it seems likely.
While women who claim to be men can *legally* use women only spaces, because they are women, whether itโs functional for them to do so is probably a case by case basis, and a choice they have to make. Is there enough of a problem to warrant third spaces? I would argue yes, as there is an overall social good to be had by having a third unisex stall/bathroom available beyond M, F & disabled options. It could be used by Dadโs with daughters, women who claim to be men, all those women who apparently love unisex spaces, etc.
When it comes to bathrooms/changerooms, women & disabled people campaigned for what we needed with far less political influence than trans activists have enjoyed, we got what we actually need, and weโre not giving it up.
99.9% of society is not trying to reject their sex & society should not be restructured around the ones who are. Laws based on biological sex work. For the minority desperate to live a lie, campaign for what you need, just donโt blame us that activists had 10 years to do it but invested most of their time in mainstreaming the concept of a โgirl dickโ.

The female sex, organized around the production of eggs, has predictable downstream consequences that create sex-specific accommodation needs in bathrooms which are being sidelined.
From infancy to old age, the female body follows a recognizably female path. It begins with babyhood, unfolds through girlhood, puberty, and menstruation, adolescence and young adulthood with dating, nightlife, and intoxication, the constant fear of forced impregnation or, conversely, the pain of a deeply wanted pregnancy ending unexpectedly while youโre out for dinner, the demands of a screaming newborn, lactation, and, for too many, navigating stalking, male violence, or recovery from it.
Throughout that journey are moments of profound vulnerability that call for space away from all males, sometimes even the ones we love: using the toilet with our clothing lowered and our bodies exposed, bleeding, breasts leaking through shirts, healing from trauma, emotionally breaking down, caring for multiple children at different stages of development while trying to use the toilet yourself, caring for elderly female relatives, and simply moving through the world in a female bodyโnot as a performance, but as an ordinary human experience.
These are the circumstances around which female-only spaces were built: not as a privilege, but as a quiet recognition that female bodies sometimes need privacy, dignity, solace, and one another.
No single room will contain every one of these circumstances at once. It exists because these moments have a way of finding us in public, without warning.
