That is bizarre.
Speaking as a computer scientist... Note also that the numbers you referenced aren't all just 64-35, they're all 64.6 + or - 0.2, and 35.4 + or - 0.2. That's even more unlikely. This is what happens when you don't pay attention in math class. Likely some corrupt programmer put in a random factor that he thought would alter the numbers, without making it look like it altered the numbers. Like (brain-dead example) "If this ballot was for the opponent, and the random number generator is greater than 0.6, then change it.". But he didn't bother to do the math, or he would have realized that if you use whatever that random element is, over enough cases, then the result converges on 64.6 and 35.4. At least if I was going to vet the program that did this, then that's what I'd most expect to find. This is a typical undergrad mistake. Just because your algorithm has a randomizing element, that doesn't mean that the result isn't going to converge, over a large enough number of trials. Also note that this kind of manipulation almost always leaves a footprint in the data. Statisticians who specialize in analyzing voting results know what properties honest results should have. Unless the corrupt programmer really knew what he was doing, they'll spot the strange results, and the nature of the strangeness will give them a strong clue as to what the programmer did.

A year ago Mamdani was the most radical Democrat. Now he’s among the most moderate. These people will eat themselves eventually; let’s hope they do it sooner rather than later.

I actually think students should be taught skills and evaluated by tests and teachers can be a little stressed out about achieving these results for students. Obscuring failure does not create success.
🚨NOW: Georgia's new Education Secretary wants to declare war on testing in schools, says they "stressing out teachers"

Presidential candidates need to meet their moment. DeSantis was the hot thing in 2023, but too many people still wanted to see the ending of the Trump show. By 2028, they might prefer competence to showmanship.
DeSantis may not have whatever that mysterious je ne sais quoi rizz factor is that you supposedly need to be president these days but my God would I trust him to run literally any and every organization in existence from the local library to the military

Republicans are the party of Makers, a rising tide raising all boats; Democrats are the party of Takers, without limit. There Is No Such Thing As a Moderate Democrat powerlineblog.com/archives/2…

Hoo boy. The morning after sets in.
🚨 BREAKING: NVIDIA just ERASED every single gain made in 2026. Wiped out in a single morning bloodbath as the market reacts to the Dem sweep. Investors see the writing on the wall: radical regulations, brutal taxes, and economic ruin. Get ready, folks. 📉🇺🇸

It's disingenuous to blame our relationship with Israel for anything. Perhaps if the administration would explain why Israel is important it would help. Not expecting that from Vance, however. Vance strikes out… powerlineblog.com/archives/2…

This always happens, then two years from now people will be freaking out over the results of electing Democrats.

Today is that magical day every two years when the titan governments of the biggest cities in the most advanced nation ever created by mankind suddenly turn into rural Zimbabwe.
Hard to overstate the levels of deeply entrenched institutional incompetence a lot of these blue states have going on in them, you think it can’t be that bad but then the rubber meats the road and yeah… yeah it is that bad

Tucson has some of the deadliest streets in the nation. Drugs, alcohol and crossing streets in dark places outside of crosswalks are the largest contributing factors.

Democrats want to abolish our borders, ICE, the Supreme Court, the Senate, the presidency and replace the latter two with an all-powerful Congress they control. The Republicans aren’t a threat to the Constitutional order. Democrats are.
My issue with Dan isn't so much his dire warnings about the Democrats, but rather his complete and total obliviousness to his own side's very real threat to the American constitutional order.

What kind of country do you want? This is not a rhetorical question – not in 2026, not as the starkest choice we have faced in generations presents two very different visions of America. This Is the Time for Choosing. And the First Choice Is ... hotair.com/ed-morrissey/2026…

As @AngelaPaxtonTX selflessly declared last month: Voters have to stop focusing on tastes and start focusing on outcomes.

11-1-26. More water than we have ever seen at Seven Cataracts Waterfall in the Santa Catalina Mountains on Mt Lemmon, Arizona. 4-5 inches of rain over the last 24 hours. We hope this extremely wet fall is a good sign for a snowy winter. 🌧️ ❄️
