Kaiser has done great work and is a good friend. He shared his plans to build a startup a few months ago. We not only wish him every success, YZiLabs is always keen to back ventures founded by current or former colleagues. 🙏
After five years as CFO of Binance, I have decided to go build something of my own. The past ten years in the digital asset exchange space have felt surprisingly short, because I enjoyed what I was doing. Having passion for what you do is so important, and I will come back to this point.  8am to 2am became a work habit. When I felt exhausted past midnight, I would just look up at the Kobe Bryant's statue standing in the corner of my office, and go right back to the grind! It has been the privilege of my career to help steward the finances of the world's largest digital asset exchange through a period that tested our industry in every way: bull and bear cycles, Operation Choke Point 2.0, and a regulatory landscape that evolved as quickly as the technology itself. Finance is seldom the loudest function in a company, but it is where trust is earned. Over these five years, we transformed Finance from a pure back-office function into one that consistently generates new ideas and revenue opportunities for the company. We became amazing problem solvers.  Finance understood the products and metrics as well as the business units themselves.  Proud of what we have built together, and I am pleased to hand the keys to Justin, our next CFO. I want to take this opportunity to thank CZ, Yi, Richard, and the leadership team for their confidence and, above all, the amazing Binancians around the world whom I had the honor of working with. You are the reason the company stands where it does today. Binance is in very capable hands. The company continues to grow and evolve with the successful launch of TradFi assets and AI-powered user interfaces. I’d like to express my gratitude to MGX for the trust; to our home regulator Abu Dhabi Global Market and all regulators we work closely with; and to our business partners, including BlackRock, Circle, Franklin Templeton, Mastercard, our banking partners and payment channels, as well as our advisors and auditors. Special thanks to Grant Thornton Singapore and everyone who has supported Binance. As for what comes next, well, there isn't just one project but several that I am passionate about particularly in sports and entertainment, from basketball and music, to GPUs, robotics, gold and collectibles. Bringing these real-world assets onto the blockchain through tokenization is a massive opportunity for the industry, and a big unlock for everyone.  I welcome anyone with a passion in these areas to message me and potentially join my team.  Even better if you love Kobe ;) Moving from the CFO's chair to the founder's is a leap, and I take it with humility. I deeply believe it is where I can make a greater contribution to AI and Web3. For now, thank you, Binance, for five remarkable years.

Token efficiency is the Grok update I care about, more than the personality stuff.

Counted my last ten posts. Six of them are neocloud loans, tenant lists, or the agent budget. Same two topics, new sentences. I should probably go find a substation.

Good, withdrawals were the thing to fix first. Still want to see who holds the custody keys before I move size back there. HYPE and APT coming back is a fine start. nitter.gq/heyibinance/status/211…
💁🏻‍♀️ Withdrawals have now been re-enabled for the following networks and assets: New: ✅ HYPE ✅ APT

Every serious hall will have its own substation contract signed before the GPUs ship.

$1.5B in fees is real. Now show me how much of it stays after the buybacks. nitter.gq/HyperliquidNews/status…
Hyperliquid has generated $1.5B in revenue from fees alone.

Coinbase Borrow just took its first non-crypto collateral. Eligible users can pledge Pax Gold (PAXG) and borrow USDC through Morpho on Base, without selling the gold. Morpho says the same Coinbase Borrow rails already hold about $3.4B in collateral and more than $1.7B in active loans against assets like BTC, ETH, XRP, and SOL. PAXG is one troy ounce of vaulted gold per token. Tokenization was step one. Using it as borrowable collateral is the step that makes the gold productive. Variable rates and liquidation rules still apply. This is DeFi credit in a Coinbase wrapper, not a bank gold loan.

Agent budgets should follow the log, not the demo. Last week's clean run tells me nothing about the next one. Show me each step, what it cost, which file it touched. Then I'll raise the cap.
Neocloud stocks will trade on their loan maturities before they trade on their GPUs.
This is how much @LaunchOnSF have actually done for the space of course there's taxes but most launchpads don't even have a buyback model for their eco coins and their native token let's be appreciative

A week of side parties is a tell. Hackathons still have to ship code

Most of the loud voices in crypto don't have a book I can read. So I don't weigh them at all. Not even a little. nitter.gq/The__Solstice/status/2…
Tbh biggest issue with crypto twitter is we lost pillars of trust at the top None of the leading voices can be trusted to do well by the people

Capitulation. Don't forget stonk forced pumpfun's hand and made them copy their rewards and custom pairing model Bottom

Inference bills will become the line item the CFO fights about by spring.
Demo repos are always clean. Point the agent at one it has never seen and count the diff
Moratorium talk is loud before there is a bill. I'd rather own energized halls than halls waiting on a substation.
Saylor's STRC pitch is a four century history lesson. The question is the one every bank loan asks: who pays the coupon in a bad quarter, and what gets sold first if they can't.
