Yay WZL headcanons! I'm def missing some but off the top of my head, these come to mind: - His clan disallowed him from cultivating for much of his youth bc of his cursed ability - He also either melted his mother's core or severely damaged it as a baby. She hid this from her clan to protect him which only lasted until: - He melted an important figure in his clan's core as a young child which led to people being very cautious and no one toughing or hugging him. He was also ostracized within the clan due to it. - He believes he is intrinsically harmful - He does not like physical touch (except from wrh heheh) - WRH is tied to him finally being allowed to cultivate. Either he took him in or he convinced his clan to let WZL train. - WZL loves WRH, either platonically or romantically. Sometimes it's one sided, sometimes it's not. Always love, though, always. - WRH is the only person strong enough to combat his power which makes him the person he feels safest around. - WZL views himself as owing WRH his life - Madam Yu gave WZL pointers on a Night Hunt right around the time he started cultivating. They'd see one another on Hunts sometimes and talk briefly. - He killed Madam Yu as painlessly as he could out of respect for that short-lived acquaintanceship. - He never trusted JGY but was smart enough not to voice it. - Sometimes for funzies, I think of him and YZY having a closer friendship wherein they are both in love with their betrothed friends (WZL in love w/WRH, YZY in love wth Madam Jin). They both agree to tell them but never follow through; them meeting at Lotus Pier that final time with YZY married and WZL babysitting WRH's kid is even sadder for it. chojikaise.straw.page
