CBI in its closure report says “normal business transaction, no criminality, no violation of law”.
If there was no case at all, why were the NDTV founders harassed for seven long years ?
ED summoned and questioned Roys for around 20 times in 2022, at the end of it, Adani group acquired NDTV through the same company that was being investigated by the agencies.
After seven long years of investigation, CBI closed case against NDTV founders absolving them of all charges, not just for want of evidence.
Many owe an apology to @PrannoyRoy7749.
