Authorities Must Investigate Inciting Izala March Drill Video The Nigerian authorities immediately and independently investigate a viral inciting video of teenagers and children participating in marching drills led by adult coordinators wearing uniforms associated to Jama’atu Izalatu Bidi’a wa’iqamatus-Sunnah (JIBWIS) The marchers were chanting slogans asking to be handed “AK-47 to attack Christians on a Sunday in Enugu and Jos….” The slogans are a vicious display of children being manipulated and indoctrinated with religious violence and hatred. The authorities must investigate the instructors of the drill, examine the source, location, and contents of the video footage and review the curricula used during these youth activities. The organization behind these activities most be held to account. Authorities must also ensure that minors involved in these programmes are protected from radicalisation and provided appropriate psychological and educational support, while holding accountable any individuals or religious groups founding and using children to promote intolerance and encouraging infringement of religious freedom. Protecting children from exposure to hateful rhetoric, militarised drills, and extreme indoctrination is an obligation of the state under national and international law. Under the Child Rights Act and international human rights frameworks, including the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, children have an absolute right to protection from exposure to violence, hate speech, and recruitment or training in paramilitary activities. Using structured youth programmes or religious training groups to instil hostile ideologies compromises the safety of children and undermines freedom of religion.

“Give me Ak-47. I will go to Enugu, the land of infidels, on a Sunday, when they’re happily carrying out their Sunday service, and open fire on them.” This is not Islam & it’s hereby condemned. We call on the @OfficialDSSNG, @PoliceNG, to fish these animals, terrorists, out & treat them as the terrorists that they’re.

Samaila Kaigama brought 416 women and children home from Boko Haram. Then he went on national television and said the government paid for them. A ransom, not a rescue. The DSS arrested him that same day. He is now charged with terrorism. One of the seven counts against him is organizing a protest against Senator Ali Ndume of the ruling APC. He has been in Kuje prison since July. His trial is November 13. #FreeKaigama

“They Fixed The Presidential Election For January 16 Because They Know That Igbo People Will Still Be At Home For Christmas And May Not Be Able To Participate Fully In The Elections. It Puts Peter Obi And Igbo Voters At a Disadvantage Because Many Igbo People Who Registered For Their PVCs In Lagos, Abuja And Other Parts Of The Country Will Travel To Their Hometowns For Christmas, Weddings, Burials And Other Events. They Did This Intentionally To Ensure The Election Does Not Favour Peter Obi.” ~ Man Reacts

Do Not Die In Their War. 23 Spanners lost in the battle to retain power. He was born into wealth, and he has never known hunger in his life. He is typical of the Nigerian ruining crass; existential sybaritic cretins, without any care for what history shall say of them..🤮

Umahi’s Diversion Admission Vindicates My Stand on Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road — Duke There is no Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway. What we have is a Lagos Coastal Highway that will never get to Calabar. Minister Umahi’s comment on the terrain has vindicated me. Roads can be built in places like Bayelsa, but the terrain makes it prohibitively expensive. This project, from Victoria Island to Epe, is simply a land grab. Donald Duke, Presidential Candidate of the People's Redemption Party

N300/Litre Price: Nigeria Pays More for Crude Oil Security Than for Production — Duke Nigeria reportedly produces about 1.8 million barrels per day of crude oil, with domestic consumption hovering around 500,000 bpd. However, a barrel of crude in Nigeria costs between $25 and $45 to produce. The actual production cost is about $12 to $15. What drives it up to $45 is the cost of security and dilapidated infrastructure. The oil-producing companies have inflated the security cost per barrel. Selling petrol at N300 per litre, which reflects the true production cost, would improve productivity. The government cannot punish Nigerians for its inability to secure its borders. *as sent to me FOREIGNERS BEATING NIGERIANS IN NIGERIA: A NATIONAL SHAME* What we saw in that video of an Indian national beating two Nigerian truck drivers, Riliwan Olajide and Taiwo Yinusa, with the help of Nigerian thugs on Lagos-Ibadan Expressway is not new. It is a pattern. And it is wrong. How can a Nigerian be abused in Ghana, be abused in South Africa, be abused in Libya, be abused in India itself - and still come back to his father's land and be abused again by the same foreigners in his own country? Where then is safe for a Nigerian? This is what happens when a government makes foreigners feel like gods and its own citizens feel like slaves. Today in Nigeria, a Chinese man will slap a Nigerian worker in a factory in Ogun State and nothing happens. A Lebanese man will seize the passport of a Nigerian girl working in his restaurant and use her as a slave and nothing happens. An Indian factory owner in Lagos will flog his workers like animals and beat truck drivers with sticks using hired thugs and nothing happens. Why? Because the government has told them, through its silence, that Nigerian lives do not matter. A foreigner knows that if he beats a Nigerian, he will not be arrested. He knows he can call the police and the police will come to protect him, not the Nigerian. He knows he has money and our officials have hunger for money. So he does what he cannot try in his own country. No Indian can beat a Chinese driver in India with Nigerian thugs and go free. No Lebanese can beat an American worker in America and still keep his business open the next day. But in Nigeria, anything is possible. If government does not act on this Karma Agric Feed & Foods case, it is sending a message that it encourages this abuse. Because justice delayed is encouragement. Every day that man is still walking free, other foreign factory owners are learning that they too can beat Nigerians and nothing will happen. Nigeria must not be a country where Nigerians are strangers. We cannot be unsafe in foreign lands and still be unsafe in the hands of foreigners in our father's land. If a Nigerian breaks the law in India, India jails him. If a foreigner breaks the law in Nigeria, Nigeria must jail him too. That is what sovereignty means. Until we start defending our own people on our own soil, no other nation will respect us outside.

Dear NAFDAC and Prof. Mojisola Adeyeye. The discovery of a suspected counterfeit production facility at Zamfara Plaza, Lagos, underscores the urgent need to strengthen Nigeria’s fight against fake drugs and adulterated beverages. Tracka calls on @NafdacAgency to: 📱 Turn Greenbook and NAPAMS into accessible mobile apps and regularly update them with details of all registered medicines, medical products and regulated consumables. 🔎 Strengthen intelligence-led raids and track products from manufacturers to retailers. 📞 Establish a toll-free reporting line with rapid response to public complaints. ⚖️ Ensure stringent prosecution of offenders and dismantle their distribution networks. 🤝 Empower citizens to verify products and report suspicious items. The stakes are enormous: WHO estimates that at least 1 in 10 medical products in low- and middle-income countries is substandard or falsified. How many Nigerians must be put at risk before product verification becomes accessible to everyone? Consumer safety demands more than raids. It demands transparency, technology and accountability. #GetInvolved #PublicAccountability
#HappeningNow NAFDAC has uncovered a suspected counterfeit production facility at Zamfara Plaza, BBA Trade Fair Complex, Lagos State. Two suspects were arrested at the scene while allegedly revalidating energy drinks and popular wine and whisky brands. More details to follow shortly.
