It was great working with @MansRefiQ, Arsalan Adil, @hartmannquantum, and @qZoeHolmes on this project!
Check out our new pre-print on Tensor Product Decompositions of Quantum Circuits! We study how to split off 🪓 effective actions on small subsystems. arxiv.org/abs/2402.05018 Thanks for this nice collaboration 𝐀𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐝𝐢𝐥, @qZoeHolmes @sornborg, @hartmannquantum !

Here is some recent work with @shurioque & @diegochav3z on neuromorphic algorithms for two’s complement binary encoding. For high-resolution numerical encoding, our methods give logarithmic improvements relative to firing rates.
Replying to @shurioque
@shurioque @sornborg & @diegochav3z (@LosAlamosNatLab, @nmsu, @NMSU_engineer) construct a neuromorphic, binary matrix multiplication algorithm that may be used as a primitive for linear differential equation integration, deep networks, and more. Read it at iopscience.iop.org/article/1…

Bon voyage, @qZoeHolmes! Best of luck at EPFL!
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ (We've achieved quite a lot as a group but those 130 tacos might be our biggest accomplishment yet)

Entanglement is not spooky “action” at a distance. It’s just quantum weirdness (: w/ @ColesQuantum
For the past two decades, popular science media has promoted the idea that quantum entanglement is spooky action at a distance. This misleads the public in several ways, which we discuss in our article below. 👇 Written with @sornborg and Charles Poling. realclearscience.com/article…

A crucial part of the mission of the NNSA laboratories is competence in finding solutions for partial differential equations, like those that govern fluid dynamics.
