my 6 and 9 y/o's aren't old enough for the official @Minecraft Movie Build Challenge - but here's what they created.
Do we all get user scores as we interact with LLMs and make AI smarter? I would love to see who has the highest 'I Made AI Realize Humans Are a Bunch of Anxious Assholes' or 'AI Just Got Smart Enough to Take Over' points total someday.

Five years out, when billions of coding agents exist, software development will be largely solved. The traditional moat of “we have better engineers” disappears. Products will be copied, improved, and open-sourced almost instantly. Defensibility will shift away from code itself, toward distribution, data, brand, and community.

Young men, listen to Uncle Kevin:
Ignore everything society tells you. Build this life and you’ll be wealthier than most billionaires:
+Find a good woman
+Commit and burn the boats
+Have kids and pour into them
+Move to your happy place
+Get supremely fit
+Build a bulletproof inner circle
+Find a hobby you’re obsessed with
+Live simply (it’s better even if you’re rich)
+Explore spirituality
+Travel the world (but stay off the beaten path)
+Build a career that doesn't require you to trade your time for money forever
It a 15-year project, so start today.

We got artificial intelligence before we got toothbrush packages that are easy to open.
We ran a social experiment at ULTL V this week. Had 4 diff bright colored Yeti variations for ppl to choose from, and 1 random white one...on the table with 65 total.
End of day 1 - I asked who took the white one - congratulated them on having bland taste but flipped them a free pass to the next event.

The trucking industry was not going to fix itself. All the craziness had to make headlines. Now, the pressure is on.
It's better than it was, but it ain't as good as it's gonna be.
