It’s been 10 days since I have requested to cancel my @DIBsupport @DIBtoday credit card but no action has been taken despite multiple reminders. Request @centralbankuae and @DIBsupport and @DIBtoday to do the needful.

I have been struggling to cancel my supplementary credit cards and reduce my credit card limits from my primary credit card with @DIBsupport @DIBtoday since 10days. I have visited branch more than 5 times just for this small request. Customer care only says to visit the branch
