Historically, when the emotionally-challenged tourists who don't understand Bitcoin have driven this index down into the FEAR ZONE (below 25), we've followed up with a massive surge in price. And now we sit at "9"... an even LOWER score than when Scam Bankster Fraud's FTX collapsed. December 2018 - score of "8" Within 2 months we surged 330% ($3,200 to $13,800) March 2020 - score of "9" Within 1 month we surged 75% ($4,000 to $7,000) May 2021 - score of "10" Within 2 months we surged 33% ($30,000 to $40,000) November 2022 - score of "20" Within 2 months we surged 44% ($16,000 to $23,000) January 2023 - score of "22" Within 2 months we surged 67% ($16,800 to $28,000) August 2024 - score of "17" Within 3 months we surged 80% ($49,000 to $88,000) I was here for all of these glorious moments. I look forward to the next one.

Yes, at massive scale! It is the biggest vote-buying fraud scheme in the history of America.
I crunched the data. Again. I made a map. Again. The picture is now even CLEANER. States without voter ID requirements are 16x more likely to offer welfare benefits to illegal immigrants than states requiring ID (67% vs 4%, p<0.0001). Dems are importing and paying illegals for votes. Details👇

Let me get this straight - In 1913, zero American families paid income tax. - In 2025, every family paid income tax, and about 2/3rds of it just covered fraud. We have become a tax-farm for politicians to enrich themselves and anyone who they can import to vote for them
this is shocking: > US collects $2.4T in income tax, but spends $1.5T on fraud > if we didn't have to pay for fraud, only $900b would need to be collected > this means anyone with less 500k in income could pay *literally $0* in income tax we don't need to raise taxes. we need to cut fraud

We could cut at least $1.5 trillion—and likely much more—if Congress just stopped funding things that have nothing to do with Congress’s enumerated powers That’d eliminate an enormous amount of fraud and Congress could finally balance the budget We need a constitutional reset
If you cut $1.5 trillion in fraud you could exempt all income tax up to $200,000 🤯

I've had a change of heart on federal income tax. On the surface, it's just a way for the government to generate revenue—it has to get its funding from somewhere. But I now see that the method of taxation itself fundamentally alters the relationship between the government and its people. When the government relies on taxing individual income, it shifts from serving its citizens to exploiting them as a revenue source. This dynamic creates an inherent friction, where the government no longer answers to the people but to the system that extracts from them. And if you look around, it's clear—whatever our tax dollars are funding, it’s not serving us. This is what modern economists fail to grasp when they dismiss tariffs, sales taxes, or luxury taxes as harmful. The structure of taxation matters, not just the amount collected. The income tax distorts governance itself—and it needs to go.
Paying taxes in the USA is extremely unethical and immoral. Much more net harm is done than good with the money. Our Founding Fathers knew this well.

What will happen is that people are going to be doing the parts that only people can do. There will be senior executives at the top setting objectives. AI will be middle management and doing most cognitive labor -- especially anything requiring precision and correctness. Population has ADHD and can't really focus enough to do the cognitive workloads we require. Most people will be task rabbits working according to AI instruction. Even if you own your own business, you will probably put an AI manager in place to manage you because it will do a better job than you can.

From Fifty Survivors to 35 Million Descendants: The Remarkable Legacy of the Mayflower The first Thanksgiving was a bittersweet affair. Of the Mayflower's 102 passengers, just around 50 had survived the first winter, with the help of the Wampanoag tribe. Yet this small group of survivors bore astonishing fruit. Some 35 million Americans can trace their ancestry back to that voyage according to the Mayflower Society. I am one, through my paternal grandmother. How did this small group manage to grow so much? Putting Children First The numbers who made it to the table at the first Thanksgiving tell a story that is staggeringly heart wrenching and beautiful. At the first Thanksgiving, the colonists were mostly men and children, because almost all of the women had perished. Of 50 adult men on the Mayflower, 22 were alive after that first brutal year. Of 18 adult women, wives and mothers, only 4 lived to celebrate the first harvest. But of the 30 children on the Mayflower, 25 lived to see the first Thanksgiving, and most of them would go on to have long lives and many descendants. How did that happen? The answer is obvious. Many adults, and almost all of the mothers, willingly starved so that their children could live. Large Families, Undergirded by Faith From that inauspicious beginning came incredible growth. Women in the Plymouth Colonies averaged eight children each, one of the highest fertility rates ever recorded. For the Pilgrims, having children was a calling from above. The writings of William Bradford, the first governor of Plymouth Colony, show that the Pilgrims saw their hardship as part of a divine plan, comparable to that of the ancient Israelites. This belief gave the colonists the fortitude to endure and ultimately thrive in seemingly impossible circumstances. Hope Amid Crisis These days, many nations face the specter of decline, from low birthrates and more. Some talk as if there is no hope and imagine we will never come out of this malaise. Those Pilgrim ancestors probably wouldn't relate to such despair. Facing much longer odds and with far fewer supports, they found a way through, helping to forge the greatest nation yet known from a few haggard survivors. Our current challenges seem small by comparison. Happy Thanksgiving!

17 years after the white paper, the Bitcoin network is still operational and more resilient than ever. Bitcoin never shuts down. @SenateDems could learn something from that.

Most inference tasks can be done with prosumer or even consumer hardware. Most involve payloads of less than 100kb and responses of 1-10kb. Distributed or edge computation is how most inference will go. You don’t need gigawatt data centers for this.

Bitcoin is everything you don’t understand about computers combined with everything you don’t understand about money. Quantum FUD adds everything you don’t understand about quantum mechanics. Which for most people is everything.
