Some editors are truly unbelievable and should be publicly held accountable for how they treat freelancers. I received this response to a pitch, only for the editor to ghost me despite my 4 email follow ups. I'd like to ask, from an editor's perspective, what can justify that?
I think it's more than fair to at least get a polite answer to let the person on the other side of the screen make peace with their mind. It doesn't cost anything, especially when freelancing gets tougher every day.
