Also, yet another example of a prudent, live-below-your-means, NYer. This is really good! These are not hardships. He is making reasoned and rational choices, including choosing not to spend more on housing. Again, NYC has no housing "crisis" ... we successfully house more people across the income scale than any other American city and most global cities.

Among the more bizarre things I've seen on the subway: a man seated with an open box on his lap, 4 iPhones inside, and he's playing Pokemon Go against himself on all of them.

Talked with @stevecuozzo about this, and many other topics, on Tuesday's radio show - we need another sit down for much longer. Steve is an icon in NYC and his columns are great reading.

There is no class of New Yorker more entitled than the e-bike deliverymen. They have no regard for anyone else’s safety as they pursue their socially useless duty of delivering prepared mediocre food. If they were all arrested it would have a net salutary impact on the city.

Miami isn't a real boomtown. It's more of a humid, low-wage version of San Francisco: a city for the rich that is shrinking and losing its middle class.

Except for my years overseas, I’ve ridden the NYC subway my entire life. The hellhole and scary place that I keep reading and hearing about is unrecognizable to me. For sure, the transit system is flawed — deeply so in some respects. But it’s a daily marvel.

Peope, like you, Steve Cuozzo, who constantly posts about your fetish to have office workers like slaves to office landlords, we subjectively think you need to retire and live in an office building

Hey @airindiain thanks for assigning me a broken seat in biz class and then seating me in economy for a 15 hour flight from Mumbai to NYC. So far no compensation email either. I guess everything said about your airline is true. Your reputation precedes you.

Hey, "Business Insider" -- you stink. NY Post fully reported Saks/casino plan one full day before NY Times did. But you credited NYT for having the story "first." So did 6sqft and other organs to lazy and/or ignorant to read

For the second time in a week, my @UberEats carrier was pictured and named a woman but a male looking nothing like her delivered. No response when I reported it the first time. I don’t really feel comfortable when I’m letting in my building a man pretending to be a woman.

On Page 4 of today's @nypost is my interview with former NATO Supreme Allied Commander @GeneralClark. He's smart and sharp—and has strong views on the Ukraine invasion. He advocates a no-fly zone.
