NEXT AVAILABLE APOLOGY
Imagine your boss says money is missing from your till. Your boss decides you stole it. Your boss then takes you to court. Guess who wins.
That boss was the @PostOffice. It has 1 shareholder, the UK government. It ran its own prosecutions against subpostmasters, the people who run local Post Office branches.
Here is how it worked. From 1999 the Post Office rolled out a computer accounting system called Horizon in its branches. Fujitsu @fujitsu_uk built it. When Horizon showed cash missing, the Post Office treated the computer as truth and the person behind the counter as the thief. Theft, fraud and false accounting charges followed. Hundreds of people were convicted.
@ComputerWeekly reported on the problems from 2009. Journalists Karl Flinders @Karlfl and Nick Wallis @nickwallis kept reporting for years. The prosecutions kept coming.
Julie Cleife was convicted in 2010
Vipinchandra Patel in 2011
Jasvinder Barang in 2012
In December 2019 a High Court judge, Mr Justice Peter Fraser, ruled that Horizon had bugs, errors and defects. In 2020 the Criminal Cases Review Commission @ccrcupdate, the body that investigates possible miscarriages of justice, sent 47 cases back to court and said the prosecutions amounted to an abuse of process.
On 11 December 2020 at Southwark Crown Court, Judge Deborah Taylor quashed the convictions of 6 former subpostmasters. They became the first 6 people in the whole scandal to be officially cleared. Their cases went to Crown Court because magistrates courts handled the original trials.
Meet them.
- Kamran Ashraf, convicted in 2004 of theft and given 9 months in prison plus a £25,000 compensation order.
- Christopher Trousdale, convicted in 2004 of false accounting.
- Susan Rudkin, convicted in 2009 of theft.
- Julie Cleife, convicted in 2010 of fraud.
- Vipinchandra Patel, convicted in 2011 of fraud and false accounting.
- Jasvinder Barang, convicted in 2012 of fraud.
Vipinchandra Patel said he never told some of his family. His mother died without ever knowing.
The Post Office did not fight the appeals. It apologised for what it called historical failings.
Historical..
Jasvinder Barang was convicted in 2012. The apology arrived in 2020. Kamran Ashraf waited almost 17 years.
At the time the Post Office was still reviewing hundreds of other prosecutions from 1999 to 2014. 6 names got cleared that day. The rest were still in the queue.
Please take a ticket and wait for the next available apology.

🚨 Iranian asylum seeker Saeed Salashoor, 39, followed a 13-year-old Liverpool schoolgirl after school and offered her £100 for sex.
She filmed it herself on her phone.
He arrived in 2016.
Asylum refused in 2019.
Still here.
Already had previous convictions for burglary and theft.
Jailed for two years.
A child had to protect herself because no one else was there.

Yes we know how pharma works - it's called poisoning the well so that people like you don't touch the story.
Meanwhile the miscarriage rates did exactly what the did during thalidomide, when the media covered that up too.

Sorry that I have to repost this again and again while people post the false "82% miscarriage" story that was pushed to discredit the real story:
▶️ that the miscarriage rate *doubled* after COVID vaccination.
Please read it again.
@KatiePavlich @gatewaypundit @naomiworlf
🚨The miscarriage rate confusion:
I will explain why the "82%" or "81%" miscarriage figure is false and was allowed to poison the well.
The true story is that the miscarriage rate after COVID vaccination was seen to be about double the natural rate. Poisoning the well allowed the "factcheckers" to debunk the false story thereby suppressing the real story.
1⃣The first "82%" figure was 104/127 representing 104 reported miscarriages from a falsely interpreted denominator of 127 from the NEJM Shimabukuro paper in 2021. There were actually 1132 vaccinations in first trimester pregnancies in that cohort, so the 82% figure was wildly wrong.
Full explanation here➡️ arkmedic.info/p/the-curious-…
2⃣The second "81%" figure was 26/32 and was misinterpreted from the Pfizer post-marketing surveillance document 5.3.6. In table 6 there were 270 adverse events (VAERS-type reports) made related to pregnancy, and of these only 32 had a known outcome and 26 were fetal loss. However the correct denominator in this case were the many thousands of pregnancies that did not make an adverse event report, so this number is completely misrepresenting the miscarriage rate. It would be accurate to say "of the 32 adverse event reports made related to pregnancy where the pregnancy outcome was known 26 were fetal losses" but this is not a miscarriage rate. It's a "how many pregnancy adverse events that are reported are actually miscarriages" rate. Nobody should quote that as a miscarriage rate.
Report here➡️
archive.org/details/cumulati…
3⃣Finally the second "81%" figure has also been touted around as having been deduced from the Pfizer vaccine trial (C4591001) where over a hundred women became pregnant whilst on trial. This again is a false interpretation and in fact in those known and followed up cases there were 17 miscarriages from 144 pregnancies (12%). Table attached.
Full explanation here➡️
arkmedic.info/p/the-miscarri…
In all the reports you see where the miscarriage rate following COVID vaccination is over 50% it is because the denominator is wrong. It is usually misinterpreted from a number of adverse event reports that were miscarriages, of all adverse event reports in pregnancy. That can easily approach 100%. For instance if you gave 1000 women in pregnancy a drug and 2 had a miscarriage and there were no other pregnancy events, your "miscarriages out of adverse events" rate would be 100% - whilst your actual miscarriage rate would be only 0.2%.
The V-safe publications were, in my view, intentionally confusing to create this very problem and to hide the real miscarriage rate.
In general, if a story is "too good/bad to be true" it probably is. Please use discernment.
Hope this helps.

This is a seriously misleading post and you should not be providing this advice without an essential safety disclaimer.
The graph you posted uses a "predicted" rate which is false.

data is a funny thing. it can illuminate or occlude, show you reality or distort it hopelessly and oftentimes, it's as much about what data one chooses to use.
i'll use this as an example: cruise ship outbreaks of GI issues (90%+ caused by norovirus) happen every year and if you want to see a trend, you can. they have been high in the post covid years and are making new highs eclipsing 2006-7.
but cruise ship patronage has basically tripled since then.
so per capita, it's down about 65% from 2007.
which trend you pick will determine what story you see.
we can spin this as "unprecedented danger" or "much safer than 20 years ago."
what effect the times covidian had on "propensity to report" is also an open question that could be skewing data (though i have no idea or ability to measure).
but i don't see anything worrying here.
there are about a zillion reasons that i'd rather drink an entire pint glass of bees than go on a cruise, but disease isn't one of them.

Today, the few that can be bothered will wander to the ballot box to choose which set of mediocre administrators will preside over managed decline.
Most will vote for a colour, an ideology, while the councils themselves drift deeper into debt, services decay and the lives of ordinary people remain unchanged.
The illusion of choice survives long after the competence required to govern has disappeared.
The DOJ has ONE WEEK left to charge Anthony Fauci for the worst cover-up in modern medical history.
He lied to Congress about funding gain-of-function research in Wuhan. Millions died. Trillions were spent. And Fauci walked away with book deals and fawning media coverage instead of handcuffs. I re-upped my criminal referral to the DOJ because the evidence is overwhelming, and justice has been delayed long enough.
RT if you’re ready to see Fauci behind bars.

I can’t disagree IF the police give such a description of clothing then one would like to believe they would know the colour of the suspect & IF that is the case then of course when police appeal for witnesses they should provide the ethnicity IF known; I use the word IF as I do not know what info the police have;
