If there is a factual inaccuracy in what I said, send it to me in writing and I will vigorously correct and apologize for any misstatements. I will note that everything I said is substantiated by other senior officials.
If you want to file a lawsuit and get into discovery of whether it’s provably true that Ballard and Continental had an undue influence on the White House policy process, do it.
I believe we are in an existential moment for the country, and Americans were owed an honest accounting of the past two years so we identify the problems we need to move on from.

This is a frightening glimpse into how Washington really works and how unelected crooks rule & ruin our lives. The entire existence of our constitutional government is allegedly predicated on protecting us from this breathtaking abuse of our rights, not enabling it! This should be grounds for impeachment, IMO, and criminal prosecution.

Calley Means claims President Trump Exploded “How the Hell Did This Happen?”, After Learning Heidi Overton and Sarah Harris Quietly Pushed a DOJ Brief Helping Bayer Escape Glyphosate Cancer Lawsuits—Without Telling RFK Jr.
Means said the Department of Justice (DOJ) filed a brief urging the Supreme Court to take Bayer’s glyphosate (Roundup) liability case and support giving the company liability protection.
He claimed this was done entirely without consulting RFK Jr. (“Bobby”).
• Heidi Overton (White House health policy aide and later FDA commissioner nominee, described by Means as “Susie’s person”) worked with the DOJ to construct the legal argument for why the Court should take the case and support liability protection for pesticide makers. Means said she did not consult Kennedy.
• Sarah Harris (brought into the Solicitor General’s office; previously at Williams & Connolly, which represented Bayer) wrote the opinion arguing the Supreme Court should take the case and grant liability protection to Bayer.
Means said the Court took the case and sided with Bayer (which he claimed it wouldn’t have done without the administration’s brief), and that Trump was unaware his own DOJ had supported it.
Both still hold government roles.
