Xfinity stream isn’t working. On opening day of the NFL. And their customer service is mysteriously not working. @Xfinity is the worst company in the world. Definitely time to cut the cord. Not worth such a terrible product and awful customer service for mobster prices.

Gotta love the Xfinity Stream app taking an absolute dump the minute the 1:00 games started. I can't tell you the last time I watched cable but I kept the service just to be able to watch football. Absolutely embarrassing by @Xfinity @XfinitySupport
