After constructive discussions with the HolaPrime team, my concerns have been addressed and the matter has been resolved. I appreciate their willingness to communicate directly throughout the process and their commitment to finding a mutually acceptable resolution.
From our discussions, I understand that the issue with my account stemmed from a rule that was already on their website but was not clearly explained, which led to a misunderstanding in my case. The team has assured me that they will be updating the wording of that rule to provide greater clarity for traders going forward, and I appreciate their willingness to make that improvement.
While disagreements can arise in any business, I believe what ultimately matters is the willingness to engage, listen, and work toward a fair outcome. I’m grateful we were able to reach common ground through open communication.
