I don't like that Donald Trump isn't a retired grandfather.
His kids are going to make him work until the day he dies.
So sad
He flies to Florida every weekend to see his kids and they don't even have lunch/golf with him
His wife and youngest live in a different state

.@SecRubio’s second trip to India this year focused around two major hubs of finance, energy, and culture: Mumbai and Jamnagar.
The U.S.-India relationship is central to U.S. security and prosperity. This visit underscores our commitment to commercial investment, energy cooperation, and the strategic partnership between our two democracies.

Today my husband had a bad cardiac day and reality sucks.
I don't want to know a life where our children and I don't have him.
80 minutes a day of his not being able to function without his pacemaker, sometimes followed by periods of afib where he's so dizzy and nauseous that he can't even sit up.
Three years ago he was 6'4, 190lbs, fit, with a physically demanding job, non smoker who rarely drank, and could swing our kids around in circles.
Now there are days where he doesn't feel comfortable driving and can't push the cart through a Costco trip.
He did everything right.
None of this makes sense.
This fucking sucks.
Just found out that an is 6 for AP classes at in a nearby high school district
That means a C looks like an A in a student’s GPA
One of the more insidious effects of grade inflation is that it allows students who aren’t doing well to believe the lie that they are.
And it delays the pain of failure so that it happens when the stakes are higher than they are within the walls of the school.
It isn’t compassion to allow a student an inflated sense of self, only for it to come crashing down when they enter the real world where the consequences are real pain and not just a disappointing letter on a piece of paper.
Grade inflation is wrong because it is lying, and lying is wrong, no matter the motives of the person lying.
Because they don't own the building
On average, Arizona families spend more than $16,000 per year on child care. That’s more than college tuition at ASU.
I’m backing a bill to cap the price of child care. We’ve got to get serious about making it easier to be a working parent.
This is unacceptable

What did they think was going to happen when Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité met Gen Z empathy and you told them to be quiet about their school walls rotting?

Imagine approaching a father in Biblical times and asking for his daughter to be your second wife and when he reasonably asks if your first wife’s needs are met he’s like “yes but only if we were living hundreds of years ago and the bar for success was not starving to death or freezing in your own bed ” and then those two men just stared at each other. What are we doing here.
